Senninger Plumbing Co Inc

In July 2009, Senninger Plumbing repaired our kitchen sink that was dripping. The plumber was about 30 minutes late, but he was nice and polite. Almost immediately after the visit from the serviceman, it started to drip again, but since it was barely dripping at all, I decided to call it a win and move on. In January 2010, our toliet started running and the bowl was leaking into the tank. I debated on whether to call Senninger again, since the kitchen sink was not a total success, but decided to since they had such a high rating on Angie's List. We set up a time for them to come repair the toliet. On the day they were supposed to come out, I waited for two and half ours for the plumber to show up. Finally, I called the office - he was running behind that day and he would be out within the hour. They apologized and gave me $20 off the bill, but at that point, my entire afternoon had been wasted waiting. When the plumber did show up, he was quick and tidy. He completely rebuilt the toliet tank for us. However, in June of 2010, the toliet started running again. I decided to call Senninger Plumbing to explain the kitchen sink that was no longer repaired and the toliet that was no longer repaired, and give them a chance to make things right. My first hint of trouble was with the lady who I talked to to schedule the visit. She asked the name of the plumbers who had come out previously. I read them to her off the invoices and after the second name, she said "Well, he no longer works here" - as if this somehow solved my problem of a leaking toliet bowl. We set up a time for a different plumber to come out and look at both the sink and the toliet. On the scheduled day, I waited for 45 minutes past the scheduled time. No call, no plumber. I called the office and the receptionist said the plumber was working on a leak up the street from the office and would be a while yet. I told her he didn't need to bother coming at all. I won't be calling them again.

Would highly recommend this company.

Blaze was prompt and stayed until the job was done right. Before he began making the connection he inspected the line from inside the house all the way to the end point at the deck. He corrected a potentially dangerous situation as we found the gas lines in the house were not grounded. He proceeded to bend the connection downward so it would be easier to get the hose on and off when necessary (winter storage or cleaning).

I called on a Friday, and we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. They arrived at the scheduled time and fixed both drippy faucets within about 10 minutes. They were curteous and I appreciated their promptness. I would use them again

they came out and asked me where the spicket in question was and immediatly got started. they asked if there were a crawl space and i said yes, they smiled and said let him grab his knee-pads. one guy went in the crawl-space and the other stood by waiting for his partner to tell if he needed anything because he was right on point!:) they changed the spicket and was done in no time. i was very pleased with they work ethic and the fact that i had called the same day to have this work done, they called within 2 hours, and not only that- they made it to property before me, ( and i am always on time). so yes i would recomend them, and also will certainly use them again. did i mention the price was more than fair. other companies i called prices were crazy, so i'm glad i chose them:)

Steve was GREAT! He responded quickly to my call to the main office. I called at around 7:45am and by 9:00 the drain was flowing like it was newly installed. The fact that they were able to structure the billing around my needs was a plus as well. He new exactly what to try and was efficient in his applications. He was even upfront about the possibilities of what could be the issues if he couldn't fix it and offered suggestions if that were the case. I couldn't have asked for the service call to go any better! Additionally, he left less mess than what I had left from the DIY attempt from the previous day.

They came out twice. They were very good and prompt. They came out exactly when I asked them to and did the job well. The punctuality was very good. They came out when they said they would come out. I called them and they came by and gave me the estimate. They were on time when they came to give the estimate too.

Couldn't have gone better. Quick, good quality service. Good diagnosis.

The guy who came out was knowledgeable. They did the work pretty quick, even though it wasn't a particularly easy job. He stayed very close to his quote. Quality was superb. We would definitely use him again if we need anything else done.

Arrived to give estimate. Knew what to do. Came back next day to do the work.

I was not there personally, but I hear it went as promised. Plumber arrived within an hour of request. I used the Angie's list $20 coupon.

The experience was a good one. Mr. Muse was professional and thoughtful and never made me feel like an idiot, even though I really didn't know much about plumbing. He was quick to respond to my phone call and quick to give me an estimate. I had another estimate from another company that was right in line with Senninger for price, but I would have probably gone with Senninger no matter what just because of the considerate treatment I was given in the estimate and how confident Mr. Muse made me feel about the work he would do for me.

Steve was friendly, professional, prompt and walked me through everything he did - he was GREAT and I felt reasonably priced - thanks Senninger Plumbing Company I would definitely have them back again.

Arrived on time, and first tried to unlock the gears on the disposal(tried to save me the replacement cost!). When he confirmed it was ruined on the the initial visit he came back the next week and was in an out in an hour.

Very professional. Prompt, upfront with cost, friendly. The woman on the phone was kind and considerate. The plumber did a great job, was very effiecint and conscious of my time. He cleaned up after himself and completed the job throughly. I will hire them again for another major plumbing job I have. Seriously - this is a great plumbing company.

I originally hard them out to snake a kitchen sink drain that was draining very slowly. They ran the snake and hit a clog that they could not get thru. When the snake came out it had dirt on the end which they informed me meant I had a broken sewer pipe. Since I had clay lines they recommended that I run a new PVC line. They came out later in the week to give me an estimate on the work to be done. they were able to do this with out me being at home and called me with the amount. I got a second estimate that was about $150 more then Senninger so I went with them. They came out right on time on the scheduled day and immediately started work. They were done later in the after noon, and had even dug a huge pipe up that I had been trying to get out for months.

Answered phone promptly, scheduled an appointment for a few days later. They never showed for the appointment and never called about it.

Great - scheduled with us for the next day, arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, provided explanations, made fewer repairs than anticipated b/c problems were not as extensive as we had thought (when he could have easily overcharged us for something that did not need to be done)

From call to service all was courteous and punctual. It's nice to have a contractor finally show up when they agree to. You'd think that with the slow economy these days repair companies would be jumping for work...but alas my experience with most other home service companies has been "good luck". The repair work was done in about an hour, and I opted for the pricier faucet hook-up and a shut-off valve inside. The outlet was nicely caulked after completion of faucet installation. The plumber was young but professional in his work and conduct, and overall I was relatively pleased. My $20 Angie's list coupon was honored.

We had a great experience with Seninger Plumbing. The replacement of our old tankless water heater with a new one required many hours spent in the crawlspace and lots of extra work-venting, digging, etc. The plumber that did the work was on time, extremely polite, and did a fantastic job. The job took about 2 days due to the need for an extra part. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up nicely and the estimate was spot on! We would definitely call them if we have any plumbing needs in the future!

We have had a problem with cracks in our tile grout and the area at the top of the tub separating from the bottom of the wall. We had originally looked at getting a covering service to come in and do an acrylic cover of the shower and tub. This proved to be too expensive, and their customer service was absolutely horrible. We decided to look at other options. The gentlemen from Senningers were very professional and friendly. They were available to do the estimate VERY soon after my first call. They listened to what we were looking for and were very straightforward with costs. We received 2 other estimates and decided to go with Senninger's based on ratings, how they handled the estimate, and the work they were prepared to do. The plumber let me go out and pick/buy my own fixtures and deducted the fixture allowance from my estimate. The work was completed in one day, over the course of seven hours. This included replacing the plumbing for the shower and full removal of the old tub and tile and the installation of the new unit. My only complaint was that it was never mentioned that the work would not be "finished", meaning where the rough cut was done to the wall to put the new tub/shower unit in, no trim or sealant was put in to give the bathroom a "finished look". My husband was told that we would have to do that and that we could do this, this, and this to finish it up ourselves. We were not prepared for that and were not aware that we would be responsible for the final finishing of the job. I loved the work that was done, and would recommend Senninger's to anyone in the future. I think that the final state of a project should be covered when everything is agreed upon and signed. We had no idea that there would be holes left to cover with trim, so we didn't know it was a question we should have asked. That said, again, I was VERY pleased with the work that was done, and would definitely recommend Senninger's. I would just advise the person to make sure they knew exactly what work would be included.

This was the second time I had used Senninger. They had just been to my house a few days before, but I didn't know about this particular problem at the time. I hated to have to pay the base rate again but they were very willing to work with me. They stated that if he could get the job done in less than 1/2 an hour the rate was lower. It was an easy job, he came right in and got it done quickly. I was very pleased.

They did a great job. They were reasonably priced. They came out to my house the very next day after I called them. However, they left a mess after the work was done.

The plumber was helpful, courteous, and most importantly timely.

Went great. They sent someone the day we called, discussed our needs, ordered a new tub, and installed it soon after they received it. Plumbers [2] worked quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly. Tub works great.
