Description of Work: The plumber fixed a problem with the drain hose on my washing machine, and replaced two bathroom sink faucets. I was very pleased with the service, parts and price, and I will definitely use Senninger Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Description of Work: Mr. B. had me explain the problem and then he looked at the shower with the standing water. He explained he would try and use an electric snake through the shower drain to clear the problem. In less than 10 minutes, he had the snake through the pipes and had found the clog. It was a mass of what appeared to be string (probably laundry lint) and hair larger than a golf ball.

Description of Work: They installed a new bypass water service line from the street to my house to replace a leaking pipe (they could have cost me more by not suggesting a new line and tracing the leak in the older pipe). They saved me about $1000. I called them back the next week to install a gas stove and hook up the line. They were efficient and explained what they were doing and why.

Description of Work: I used Senninger for the first time July 7 to have a new garbage disposal put in. The plumber showed up on time, put little booties on his shoes and got to work. It took just about an hour. Cost was about $80.00. So I was please and felt I had finally found a plumber for our home. The second time I needed to call them was on the 26th of July to have two grab bars but in the shower. Well this was a totally different experience. The same plumber from the first job arrived and even though it was raining that day, there was no little booties put on his shoes. My husband had taken pictures of the wall in the stud stage so the plumber could see the blocking where he could drive his screws to make sure the grab bars were attach solidly. and he had also drawn measurements for him. ONE hour in and the plumber was still measuring. To make a long story short. He made eleven trips to his truck and even told me on one of those trips that it would be awhile as he used his van as a party van on the weekend and it would take awhile to find what he needed. He finally came back in. Started to drill into the tile but his bits seemed rusty and dull and his battery pack kept dying. In the end it took him three hours and $290.00 to put in two grab bars!! I was not happy. Believe it or not a few days later my sink backed up when I ran the garbage disposal so I called, talked to Steve and told him my experience with the plumber and that my sink was back up. He was not pleased with the time the plumber took and said this service trip would be no charge. A different plumber showed up and wasn't there 15 min he had fixed the problem without having to use his snake machine. So the no charge thing really didn't equal the $290.00 I was charged for two grab bars.

Description of Work: We had a plumbing emergency and needed someone ASAP. We called Sennigers, and they were here within the hour. They fixed the problem and were gone within an hour. I cannot ask for more than that.

Description of Work: We had a shower drain that was leaking onto the kitchen ceiling. He took the drain apart, cleaned off the old putty that had failed and replaced it with silicon sealant. Problem solved.

Description of Work: Examined water break in main line going to the meter. Came back with little back hoe and dug to find break. Found it, coupled new pipe in with old from break to meter. Made sure it was working without leaks.

Description of Work: We are finishing our basement and installing a bar area. We had a wall with roughed in plumbing for a bathroom and wanted to extend the plumbing to the new, finished area so we could have a sink and ice maker access on a new wall. We did have a finished area with unfinished access to the back of the walls and to the roughed in pipes.

Description of Work: Mike came out on an emergency call Sunday morning as I had a pipe bust overnight and there was about 2 inches of water in the basement. He checked what was needed and replaced the damaged pipe and connectors.

Description of Work: I called on Tuesday morning because we had sewage backed up in the basement. They were here by 11:30 to clean the drains.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our 19 year old water heater. We had another company in to run dehumidifiers to dry up the water damage, but needed to get a hot water heater in as quickly as possible, but with the dehumidifier folks here at the same time.

James came out, inspected the situation and told me that the pipe had indeed cracked and that he would have to cut into the interior drywall to access and replace the pipe. He replaced the pipe and the faucet fitting and was done in a little over an hour.
