Job well done! Andy was great, very professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job on multiple repairs in my house. He was very punctual which is important: I was told someone would be there by 9:00am and Andy pulled in the driveway at 8:50am. After completing the work, he cleaned up the worksites and clearly explained the work that was done. I would highly recommend him and Senninger Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I used Senninger years ago and was very satisfied. I will definitely call them again as it's great to have such a reliable plumbing company. Thank you!

Chris showed up and waited in my driveway, as I had run out of the house. When I pulled up, he was there waiting on me. I showed me the problem and he explained my options. Just a few minutes later, he was finished. We exchanged friendly conversation while going over the invoice, and he left. He was fast, friendly and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience!

We called to have a leak on one of our upstairs toilets investigated. I left a message on a Friday afternoon and my call was returned first thing Monday morning, and the repairman came out within one hour. It turned out just some bolts on the toilet needed to be tightened and we weren't charged anything, even though we offered to at least pay for gas costs. I would definitely call Senninger again!

Called the plumber I routinely use and they could not fit us in. Looked on Angie's List and saw that Senningers had a top rating. Called and got a call back in no time and a 2 man crew out in 45 minutes. We were in a real jam. Water coming off our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom onto our basement floor. Needed to find the origin of the leak and to address the sopping ceiling. Some dry wall had to come out and these very efficient men looked for any and all causes. Only charged 60 dollars because the issue had more to do with old tile in a bathroom and not a leak per say. What honest and reputable people. I can promise you the plumber I routinely use would have charged me for the time and not the job. I will never use anyone else but this company from now on.

Blaze and Corey did a great job. Gas has never been run to the house even though the house was 7 years old. The gas logs had not been hooked up. We wanted to hook the gas logs up and while we were at it, have the electric stove removed and replaced with a gas stove. After the gas line was put in for the stove, it was discovered that a small leak in the existing gas line. They were able to find the leak and repair it in order for the gas company to hang the meter. Blaze was very competent, conscientious, and hard working. The office staff was pleasant and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing/gas work.

It went pretty well. We really liked our workers and Steve was responsive via phone when we had questions or clarifications that needed to be made. Our one complaint (and it was minor, considering how terrific of a job they did) was with respect to the lack of help they had, as a couple of the workers had to leave for various reasons (one already had the day off, the other had some back issues), so that delayed the work a bit. Other than that, the workers were awesome at explaining everything and doing a very thorough job! They cleaned up well after themselves and followed up with their work. Would definitely go back to them for future work as we trust their judgment and skill level!

Shane was very professional and explained all services prior to performing them. I am very satisfied with the work done and feel the price was very reasonable. Even though I could not print the 10% discount coupon from Angie's List website due to printer problems Shane gave me the 10% discount.

He arrived promptly and carefully reviewed the job requirements, explaining the need (or lack thereof) for each repair. He performed only the work which we agreed was necessary. The toilet repair turned out to be much more complicated than either of us anticipated, but he did a thorough and professional repair. He explained each step. He left the area clean and neat. The cost was very reasonable considering the time and effort involved. I would recommend Senninger Plumbing and plan to call them should any work be needed in the future.

Serviceman was very friendly and eager to teach me the basics of plumbing. He was very efficient and thorough. He loved his job and had a great respect for Senniger. Arrived at my house within 45 minutes of my service call. They are very reasonable priced.

I called Senninger Plumbing early in the morning. The technician called me and let me know his approximate arrival time, and got info about the replacement for the broken water heater. Senninger's office also recommended that I call a water damage company to review mess. That company also came out the same morning. I was impressed with the timely repairs and the quality of the work. I will definitely use Senninger Plumbing again, when the need arises.

Our 5 month old hot water heater was not working. The company where we purchased the hot water heater and the manufacturer were no help. I called Seninger's after getting their name on here. Brandon from Seninger's was there within a couple of hours. He worked with the water heater manufacturer reps to get parts shipped out. Three days later, and three visits from Seninger's working on the problem. They were terrific in dealing with a tough warranty situation and never gave us a bill until we had hot water restored. I would definitely recommend Seninger's. Both Brandon and Steve were awesome. I would call them again!!

They were really good. They were very professional and even what is going on with the home they tech was very thorough. They were very polite and honest about everything.

The repairman was very nice. He really listened to what I said about the problems I was having with my sink. He had to replace some of the hoses and valves in order to fix the leaks under the sink. Instead of just putting the parts in just so the sink would work, he took the time to ask me where I would like one of the shut off valves to be. (before, the valve had been behind the drain pipes and was very awkward to get to) He did the work in good time. I was charged a reasonable price,(and because I am an Angie's List Member I got 10% off %) They were at my home again today (I sure wasn't going to call anyone else!). I had my water heater replaced. Again, wonderful, friendly service While removing the old water heater, they showed me where the pipes going into and out of the water heater were almost covered with corrosion, and that it would be a good idea to replace them as well. Now, I've had repairman in the past that didn't pay attention or didn't care about things like that. I've had repairmen notice something like that, do the additional work without asking me first, and then I found additional charges on the bill that I had no idea were going to be on there. Many of you know what I mean. The fact that they told me about the bad pipes and kept all that nasty gunk from going straight into my brand new water heater and start ruining it from day one, Tells me they care about the quality of their work. The fact that they asked me about replacing the pipes first tells me they care about the customer and not just the money.

I spoke with Steve and explained the problem. I told him the brand of toilet. He told me they could do the repairs. He gave me a date and time that the repair person would be at my home. Less than an hour prior to the agreed time, Steve called to reschedule because they had gotten busy. We agreed to reschedule to the next day. No one showed up the next day. I called and Steve said he forgot to tell someone to come. We rescheduled again. The repair person showed up on time. Spent about five minutes on the toilets. I told him I didn't think he had repaired them to solve the problem. He said he had. I went ahead and paid him. The next day both toilets got stopped up again. I contacted Steve who told me it was a bad brand (I had told him the brand when I made the appointment) and that they probably could not be repaired to assure they would not keep getting stopped up but that he would send someone else out who was better at the job. That he would have him bring a camera to show me why they couldn't be repaired. There is no point in that. If he had told me when I first contacted him (or any of the other times when appointments were missed) that Senninger could not solve the problem, I would not have had them come out in the first place. He waited until I had paid for something he knew they could not repair to tell me they could not do it. These people are unreliable and not trustworthy. I feel swindled. The job contracted and paid for was not done. I have asked for my money back and have not received it.

My water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. I contacted Senninger Plumbing and they discussed a number of options with me. They were very knowledgeable and helped me quickly find the best, most cost effective replacement unit. After giving me the initial estimate, they returned within a few days to complete the work. It was done promptly and professionally, and the workers were careful to clean up after themselves when they left. After they left, the corner of my basement with the new water heater looked better than before they got there!

Excellent. Great experience from beginning to end. The service manager and installers were responsive and answered all my questions. They also beat the estimate of my previous plumber (and the water heater was a better model too).

They were good! I managed to break a valve and couldn't turn the house water on. They came out right away and fixed it for me. They were amazingly prompt and did a great job fixing things I didn't know needed repaired.
