I have used them for several projects in the past several years. It is Brandon Johnson is probably one of the best there is. They have probably done about $3,000-$4,000 worth of work in my home total.

I called Senninger Plumbing based on previous Angie's List reviews because I was not getting enough hot water. The plumbers (Chris and Joey) arrived ahead of schedule. Chris felt that repair would be more cost effective than replacing the water heater since the heater was only eight years old. Inspection revealed that the water heater's dip tube had broken off and fallen into the heater. They replaced the dip tube and installed a separate shut-off valve for the water heater which had not been installed when the house was built. After two days it was apparent that replacing the dip tube had not solved the problem. Chris and Joey arrived promptly the next day and replaced the water heater. I was never billed for the initial dip tube replacement, since it had not fixed my problem. The total bill for the water heater replacement was less than usually quoted because Chris and Joey were very efficient and professional. It is delightful to find that honest, dependable, professional businesses can still be found. Thank you Senninger Plumbing and Angie's List!

Reliable, professional, prompt. I could not have been more pleased. I was out of town and Steve worked with me to get the work done. He was also so friendly and personable. Finally, I have found the plumbing service I can count on!

We did not have an emergency and was happy that they could get us at 8am the next morning after calling. He showed up on time, was very professional and did not even mind the hundreds of questions my 2 year old was asking. He was in and out within 15 mins and had everything he needed on his truck. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed in the future!!

They connected the gas line to my new oven. The gas line was in the crawl space. They connected the line and installed the oven. They did a great job.

Quick. Got the job done in record time. The cost ended up less than the estimate.

I liked their punctuality, responsiveness, and I thought their price was reasonable. They were very responsive, and came when they said they would come.

Flushed the water heater. Left no mess behind (even though inside and had to use bathroom across the hall).

I called the plumber and told them it was not a emergency since the leak was small and sporatic so there was no need to expedite a service call. We scheduled the appointment for the afternoon of following day. The service technician arrived on time and began assessing the leak. It took him about 30 minutes to located the source of the leak and he proceeded to go up into the attic and repaired the pipe. The technician did a good jpb, completely cleaned up the site and left everything as he found it.

We had purchased all the fixtures to be installed, and even though we had a discussion with the serviceman in advance of his arrival, he failed to bring the connectors necessary, but used the old parts. No offer was made to reschedule to finish the job correctly.

They very knowledgeable and friendly. They have installed everything from tankless water heaters, to general plumbing needs, to a sump pump.

They showed up quickly to give us an estimate then showed up on time the next day which was wonderful considering we were on a time crunch. The employee was nice, respectful, and even funny. I plan on using them in the future.

We were not charged for the inspection. He suggested a store where we can purchase a new seal for the dishwasher.

The guys showed up right at 9am, as promised, and after explaining to me the procedures of removing the old tank and installing the new one, they went right to work. A couple of times, when I peeked out in the garage (where the tank is) to see how things were going, the lead plumber would explain to me what he was doing. He even replaced an existing section of the gas line with a new section (at no extra cost), and showed me why he recommended it. They had the new tank in and fired-up before I knew it. They even repositioned the new tank in a way that the spigot at the bottom of the tank was more accessible than how the old tank was positioned. I was a little disappointed that they didn't clean-up after themselves, so there was some soldering material in the garage that I had to sweep up. There were also a couple of times that the lead plumber just poked his head in the house (without knocking) to get my attention (when he needed me to turn the hot water on around the house...and when they were done). I would have preferred he knocked, and waited for me to answer. Otherwise, we were pleased with the service, from the first time I called Senninger to get an estimate...through the installation of our new hot water heater.

It is Christmas Eve and the faucet on my kitchen sink decided to provide water from BELOW the sink! This was a result of a call I made to a neighborhood handyman to fix my drippy faucet a weak ago. He installed a seal. Well, the drip ceased, however he neglected to properly attach the hose under the sink. I immediately logged on to Angie's List and found Senninger Plumbing who had high ratings and incredible written reviews. I emailed them as I didn't expect to get a warm body on Christmas Eve. Within 5 minutes I had a phone call and within 15 minutes a tech was dispatched. He worked diligently on the faucet as there were other issues with it that I didn't know about. He was very honest, informative and knowledgeable. After having my wallet stolen two days ago I was losing faith in mankind, Senninger certainly changed my mind today! If I could give them an A++++ I would happily do so. Thanks, guys! You're the best!

We called one plumber last week who said he would call us back, and he never did. Then called Senninger's yesterday and left a message. They called us back within 1 hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day (i.e. today). "Andy" called this morning and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment time, which was fine. Since the source of the leak was not easy to detect, he gave us a few options from tearing out one side of the base of the shower "dias" to definitively find the source of the leak or replacing the entire shower unit. We opted for tearing out the base, and it turned out to be a simple problem that was fixed by tightening a large drain nut. He would have put wood back on the front of shower base platform, but we asked him to leave it open so that the wood and area underneath the shower could dry out first. Andy was very friendly, professional, explained everything, and was very pleasant to deal with, which is getting to be unusual with a lot of businesses these days! We'll be using Senningers for all our plumbing needs in the future since we had such a great experience.

We called them out to help fix a yard hydrant that my husband had installed that was leaking. They fixed that and we had them give another estimate for a job that we needed to have done. They came in at about the same price as other companies and since we liked them, we decided to use them for the additional work as well. The finished faster than expected and they charged us about $200 less than the estimate! They had told us that they would not charge over $600 for that particular job, but that it might be less. I have never experienced a job coming in less than estimated so it was a really nice surprise!

Excellent service. Was able to arrange a visit the day after I called and as this was not an emergency, met with my schedule. After trying one solution, that did not work due to original installation in the house when built in 2007, he recommended two options and then figured an option that would be able to be completed in the hour (min charge). He did the work, installed new toilet flange to pipe and installed the toilet again. Now the toilet sits strongly in place and does not wobble as it did in the past. Plumber cleaned up the mess. Each step was explained to me along the way and options explained. He was 1 hour late due to delays on his previous job, but called me prior to the original time and let me know how long he would be delayed and then called again when on his way to my address. This shows that they will do what is needed to do the job correctly and still care about their next client by keeping them informed of the delay.

It went great! They came out and dug the hole by hand to get us back in service as quickly as possible.

They were excellent. Always on time and performed service great. Gave insight and explained what was wrong. Would highly recommend them.

The plumber showed up the day I called. He gave me three options of varying prices which would correct the issue.

I called Senninger at 9 a.m. and they had someone at my house 3 hours later. They assessed the grinder issue quickly and brought in the necessary personnel and equipment. They unclogged the grinder and put it back down into the pump well. Senninger did a great job fixing the issue swifty, inexpensively and honestly. We have used them multiple times and they are always good. However this time Chris and AJ did even better than the usual great service we receive from Senninger and we really appreciated it. Wondering if you are dealing with honest people when you are dealing with plumbing and new sewage grinders, which are very expensive, is stressful but I know for sure that I am going to get a fair, honest and consultative assessment from Senninger. I will go to no one else now for sure.

Steve from Senninger came and gave me an estimate on a friday and the work was scheduled for the next Thursday. Chris the tech who came to do the work was here on time and did an excellent job...I was impressed with Steve and Chris. Both are professional and Senninger has two outstanding employees whom i would recommend to anyone needing some plumbing work done.
