Went great. Was on time. Very Professional. Very knowledgeable. No complaints.

A.J. worked hard to find the issue. He was a pro from start to finish. He even called to get another helper when he needed assistance with the issue. This turned out to be a longer and more involved repair than we thought and these people made it work. Then I looked and A.J. was down on his hands and knees cleaning up every scrap of dry wall. When they handed me the bill I honestly thought they had missed a digit! They made it clear that the quality of work--not solely the profit--was their policy. I was shocked that this kind of service still existed in 2013. I first called this company because of their high rating. I seldom expect anyone to be that good when it comes to doing the job for me. Today, they did not equal their high rating--they surpassed it. I'm still astounded.... Thank you for a job well done, and a price more than fair.

Called about toilet leak at 9 that morning, said they'd be here between 3:00 and 3:30 and arrived promptly at 3:15. Diagnosed the problem quickly and even with having to return to shop for part was done by 5:00. Couldn't be more pleased with this company. Highly recommend.

The plumber came to look at washing machine leak and faucet leak. Said the washer had to be looked at by appliance person. Tightened a screw on the tub faucet and charged me $106.00

We just bought and moved into our house and wanted to see what could be done about the low water pressure in our second floor showers and tubs. Andrew arrived early and looked at every possible cause, only to show me that the water pressure in the rest of the house wasn't as good as we thought. It turns out our pressure at the new house is normal for the area, but lower than we were used to at our previous home. He was honest about our options, which it turns out aren't many. Knowing we ultimately want to replace the tub fixtures in both bathrooms, he was able to give a good estimate of both 'best case' and 'worst case' scenarios to place the valves and fixtures. I appreciated his honesty, eliminating all foreseeable causes and giving me low cost suggestions to try in the short-term . We're going to wait a little bit on the replacement, but will definitely call Senninger when we're ready to do the job.

Our kitchen and master bathroom sinks tie into the sewer line at the same point, and we'd developed a clog that was causing a slow drain. This slow drain became a bigger problem when trying to run the dishwasher, to the point that it was backing water up into each of the sinks in each phase running it. We contacted Senninger Plumbing based on the strength of Angie's List reviewers, and Chris from the service department was sent out to take a look at the problem. Chris confirmed what and where I thought the problem was, and had it fixed within an hour. During the time that he was working on the clog, we also discussed some options for repair/upgrades to our plumbing system that we've been considering. He gave very good advice on all of the things that we could do, gave a ballpark estimate on cost and time, and also assured me that we could do it in sections so as to not be hit with a heavy cost of refit all at once. Very good, personable service. The cost was a little better than I expected, and the service was very prompt and professional. I will definitely use Senninger Plumbing again if the need arises.

He had to make two visits because the parts were not easy to find. It turned out to be the spout, but he did find it on the second visit and get it fixed. He was very punctual, personable, and professional.

They did a great job. They were really fast, professional and polite. They called in advance to let me know they were on their way and when they were going to be there. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and my family if anybody is looking for a plumber. They seem like they are really knowledgeable in what they do and I can trust them. And, it was a very fair price, I think. They were clean, no mess was left behind. They were right on time. I would absolutely use them again. In fact, we're planning to have them next summer to do some work to the house and they'll be the one we would call.

This is the first time I've used Senninger Plumbing Co. Our family has used a different plumbing company for over 30 years but we needed to change because of a cost dispute. I searched Angie's List and decided to try Senninger Plumbing based on the reviews and I am glad I did. Brandon was the plumber that came to our house. We had a really bad leak in the shower and need it taken care of quickly. Brandon made the inspection and recommended that I have a tile person remove the tiles in the shower and then he would return to fix the leak. I was NOT charged for this service call. I am glad that he recommended the tile person as this house was built in the early 50's and the tile was put on to last... after the tile was removed I called Senninger and they had Brandon return the following morning. He inspected all the pipes behind the shower wall and replaced only what was needed (which was very little). Brandon was very professional and also very knowledgeable. I am going to have Senninger replace the water pipes in the basement this summer. They are my plumbing company from now on!!!

We called Senninger plumbing to address an issue with slow draining of our tub. He arrived promptly and got to work. We were advised that one particular pipe might break as he was working because our pipes were old. This did happen and he repaired it as well. When he left he really didn't have an answer as to why the tub drained slow but said it was draining fine. Within days we noticed that the tub was draining slow again so we called him back. It was a problem with the over flow valve which he repaired. He did not charge us for the second call.

I am truly pleased with their serivce and customer service.

We found Senninger's Plumbing on Angie's list and decided to give them a try. We called on Friday evening, they actually answered the phone and scheduled us for Monday morning. He called to let us know he was running a little bit late and arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He was professionally dressed, the truck was labeled appropriately and had all the needed tools. He evaluated the problem quickly, told us what he needed to do and obtained our permission to make the repairs. He was efficient and repaired the pipe within 30 minutes. Since the pipe likely broke during the winter freeze, he discussed with us how to prevent this problem in the future. He was friendly and polite, respectful of our space and left the work space clean. We would definitely use this company again.

We had a clog that backed up our kitchen sink. We had attempted to snake it, but found it was down more than 25 ft., the length of our snake. Drano was spectacularly unsuccessful. We were also unsure whether the clog affected the main drain for the house, and might require more complex and very messy services. I called Sennninger at 6:30 am, expecting an answering machine or service. Instead, Steve answered. He said they were booked all day but would fit me in after 6 and would not charge me fees for emergency service or after-hours work. They kept me abreast of their schedule and arrived on time. The plumber cleared the clog (45 ft. down) and then fixed the tubing for the sink's air vent, which had always drained water, and now does not. The final charge was way less than I had expected. The plumber was neat, polite, very helpful and quick. A great experience.

The manager who worked with me was very patient with the water company's "we'll get there when we get there" approach, even after the water company missed their appointment window by nearly half an hour. (The water company didn't even do what they were called out there to do, to make matters even more difficult.) He sent out his closest plumber right after the water company was finished. The plumber was able to turn on the water and do the de-winterization. He worked quickly, did everything right, and explained to me clearly exactly what he was doing. And he was in and out in a matter of about ten minutes. Unlike other companies that charge a flat fee for de-winterization, Senninger only charged me in proportion to the size of the job. (My house is a little starter on a slab,) I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I need plumbing work.

When I called the plumber I told them the model/ make of the faucet so they could bring parts. I was disappointed that the tech did not bring parts and had to make a trip to get them, but I was not charged for that time. The repair was was done quickly and correctly. Well worth the money.

Great work! Hand digging clay on such a hot day wasn't easy. Thank you for the hard work! I'm sorry your water meter keys keeps getting stolen from my front yard! If the person who stole them reads this.. shame on you! They are working hard to support their families too you know! I have had Senninger to my house for a completely separate plumbing job and the work was just as good as the first job. He even had a second water key stolen. Seriously! Same thief? A neighbor maybe? I'll call you back for more work. But, next time we'll bring the key inside with us! Thank you!

After finding their name on Angie's list, I called and they had someone at our house that day (within 2 hours actually). He was professional, explained the issue, confirmed what we wanted replaced and fixed the problem. He cleaned up too so you never knew the work was done :). Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
