construction crew had very little to no experience, electrical crew gouged prices and did not complete finish job, there was little to no communication with company what drywall work and ceiling work they did began cracking even before the job was ever completed worst $30,000.00 I ever spent......

very poorly celling began to crack before final payment was ever made worst experience of my life, construction workers not very experienced he relied oh sub contractors Mr. Bernard was rarely there except to smooth over latest construction mishap with promises of doing better. work was never completed and I was bill over a thousand extra for electrical work (not completed) and paid only because I wanted secure structure & Mr. Brenard out of my house. During this remodel the were so behind I had to hire other sub contractors of my own to make up time and to follow construction plan so appliances, cabinets, windows, doors, installation would not be delayed . I also did work my self to try to make progress ( Painting all trim , cleaning up at night0 Per our contract I supplied almost all the materials but as I said before was charged over the original contracted price. The electrician he supplied made one set of light switches in such an odd configuration the was no possible way a outlet cover could be bought to cover them (I was charged extra for this also) after I had them replace them with the same size switches ( heres a good example the disposal switch has a night light in it whaile the actual lite switch does not...I guess that's for emergency food disposal in the dark ?) I ended up paying around a thousand extra to my own sub contractors to do the crown molding, window molding, door molding baseboard installation prep of floor for appliances . I had kept the original tile floor which was only covered for the first few day and was left in such a paint splattered dirty mess I had to have it steamed cleaned (yet another cost to me) Every morning when I walk into my Kitchen see the cracked ceiling, the light fixture misplacements the missing recessed light I think of Secure Structure and Mr. Benard and take it as a painful expensive lesson learned What a company promises they can and will do and what they actual produce are two very different things . please learn from my mistake research, actually speak to past clients, and never let anything during a major construction project slide by in hopes the company will get better or make it right I should have fired Secure Structure the very first week......I notice he uses the picture of my kitchen I designed of his face book page and when I look at it I noticed the only thing in that picture Secure Structure actually physically installed was the stove hood and that took them 3 hours...and with my help I have pictures and videos if this seems like a far fetched review I would not have believed it myself if I had not lived the Nightmare
