Renewal by Andersen of Lexington, KY

Description of Work: Installed replacement windows. This is the second time we've used Andersen for replacement windows. Both experiences were excellent. We love the results and the look. Their price was very competitive. The installers were polite, professional and prompt.

Description of Work: Replaced all our windows--did a great job. Installers were pleasant and professional; cleaned up after themselves. Price was fair for an excellent product.

Description of Work: I had six windows and one single replaced across the front and sides of my house. The sales presentation was made in my home by a pleasant, out-going lady who seemed to be giving us all the information needed, and the price was good, compared to my other choice, Marvin Windows. It is my fault that I did not know that there is a difference in Andersen windows and Renewal by Andersen. No complaints about the installation. However, when they were finished and I went outside to look, I saw that the windows were tinted green. When I asked about that, Andersen's installer said, "Oh, I'm so used to that, I guess I didn't notice. " He said if I was unhappy with that, I should call the company. I did, and my saleslady said I would have to contact the company headquarters. She made no offer to help me with that or to explain why the tint was not mentioned, or even to console me with there being some good reason for the tint. She had no further interest in my windows. For me to get clear windows was clearly my problem and my expense. I still have green windows, and do NOT recommend Renewal by Andersen.
