We could not have been more pleased with Reliable Residential Roofing. We had hail damage from a storm last June, and had used this company before to install a new roof about 6 years ago with good results, so we called them again. We had to wait almost a year for them to get to us, but it was definitely worth it, and we were told of the wait up front. They are very professional, perfectionist, and easy to work with. They left no mess of any kind, and the roof looks great. We had one question on a down spout which seemed to be leaking after the work was done, and their supervisor, Steve, was here within an hour of our phone call. The problem wasn't caused by them, but he fixed it anyway and went and checked all the others. Would recommend this company very highly!

I highly recommend them! They were efficient and they finished the entire job in only two days with the crew they had. They all worked well with each other. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and I have not even found one nail laying around.

Roof replaced due hail damage. After roof replaced, I went up to inspect. Findings: Ladder damaged a gutter. Several pieces of shingles found on roof and in gutters. Many pounds of aggregate left in valleys and gutters. Several shingles scuffed, removing protective aggregate, which allows deterioration of shingle. (main reason for replacing to begin with) Vinyl siding scuffed several places when old shingles tossed overboard. Several new drip edges wrinkled and bent. I asked supervisor condition of existing gutter guards, was told just a few small holes. After inspecting, discovered 40% damaged and required replacement. I installed gutter guards and discovered new roofing felt was not installed all the way down to the drip edge in most places. I emailed photos of roof trash and damage, no communication received back from company yet (3 weeks)

All I can really say is that I had a bad experience here with Reliable. There were rotted areas and they replaced them with plywood so it did not look very good. They never replaced some of the shingles or nothing. A big storm had come and ripped the plaster and everything off. When I called them to come and repair it, they actually wanted $2000 more for that. Also, I had a hard time understanding the guys, they did not speak English. I honestly do not think that they knew what they were doing. God bless his heart. Their prices were not the cheapest, but, they were not the best either.
