+ -1 morePaid Michael Shane Travillian $1200 deposit to build a fence. Shane took the money and never did any work. We had a warrant issued for his arrest. A background check revealed that he has done this to multiple people and he has an extensive criminal record. DO NOT USE!

+ -1 moreWork was not completed in 1 year, so we took him to court.
Description of Work: We paid the owner Shane Travillian a $900 deposit to build a fence in our back yard. He did not build the fence and kept our money. We took Mr. Travillian to small claims court in Fayette County, case number 11-S-00423 and won a settlement for $1088.90. He has not paid, and now we are faced with collecting the money by other legal means. I would not recommend dealing with this individual.
