Donald Way and his team did a great job, on time and at a fair price. Made a two day job into one - staying late to get it done! They also cleaned up after themselves very nicely after.

I highly recommend Donald Way for refinishing hardwood floors !! He does excellent work and provides awesome customer service!!!

We had our fence replaced and although it took a little longer than expected (reason for 4 1/2 stars) it was a hard project as we had a Captains fence built and we are extremely pleased with it. Rob and Mike are meticulous with their work and we appreciated them being as picky as we are and doing the job right. We can’t say enough about how hard Rob and Mike worked, they are definitely dedicated to doing a good job and didn’t hesitate in listening to what we asked for and wanted. They even had some great suggestions of their own. The fence is beautiful and the talk of our subdivision. Donald is easy going and willing to work with you for your needs and budget. I definitely recommend Quality Home Improvements!

Is the first time Iâ ve left a review the owner of the company and its products and services are widespread. I normally donâ t leave reviews but this is actually the fourth job is done for me everything from remodels to fences. Iâ ve also recommended it to many family members, superior quality, reasonable pricing, and great packing service, I would highly recommend Donald and his company

Hired Donald for a simple privacy fence for a small backyard in Lexington. Said it would take 4 days, took over a month to complete. He didn?t have the proper permit to build and asked US to take care of it. Had to remove an existing chain link fence and his crew cut the poles out leaving sharp metal in the ground and we had to ask them to fully remove the posts. Then they dug holes for the new posts on our neighbor?s property, even though we gave them a map of the property lines. Posts were dug up and Donald wanted us to pay for the extra cement they used to put them in the right spot. Fence posts weren?t dug as deep as the contract stated, leaving the fence wobbly, and the crew complained when we asked them to put them the correct depth. Side gate not installed properly and had to be redone. Back gate is a manual sliding 12ft gate and won?t slide open, keeps falling off the track leaving our backyard completely open, and Donald is refusing to refund us for the gate.

I give Donald and Quality Home Improvements 3 stars based on what they were initially contracted to do. That being to install a wooden fence. They also built a driveway extension and retaining wall, but I had to contract another group to fix the work they did and complete the job. I also give three stars as I had to go back and replace six pickets myself due to them not being nailed down correctly and the boards becoming warped. I contacted Donald about this, but no one ever showed up to fix it.

Don's team did a great job. Don was responsive & efficient. They built our fence back better than when it was originally installed. He offered solutions to our problems & his team was open to our suggestions. Very easy to work with.

Rescreened and cleaned tile floor and entire screened porch including furniture after storm damaged 6 months ago. I am very picky and I cannot say enough good comments about the beautiful results this company achieved. Workmanship and workers were superb!

Donald and his team were wonderful to work with. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional and we are very happy with our new fence. They did a wonderful job of removing the old fence, installing the new fence and their clean-up was meticulous. Highly recommend.

When the march 4 2023 storm took out my fence I contacted 4 different companies to quote repair/replacement. This company contacted me and came out right away. I never heard from the others who were recommended by friends or family. The work done was excellent and timely and very pleased with the outcome! Quality of work and service above expectations and when my mom needed her hardwood floors refinished we called them again and they made them look like brand new again. Would not hesitate to refer or use them again for home improvement jobs. Thank you!

Donald and his crew did an excellent job replacing our wooden residential fence. He handled the demo, the clean up, and the build in just a couple of days (they even worked in the freezing cold!) His communication was excellent and when he and his crew finished the job, they left no mess behind. I definitely recommend this crew!
