The deck looks good

I received a phone call one night after searching for a contractor to help with my fence. I received an insanely high quote from the first company and declined. On Friday night I received another phone call from a company, who asked what services I needed and I told the gentleman what I needed done. I discussed with him that I donâ t think I had the discretionary funds that was quoted the first time. He laughed and said what he would charge, which was a third of the first quote. Not only was the price good , but he came out the next morning! Their team got the old fence post out, repaired and recemented. They even replaced two pickets at no additional charge! The communication, quick response and quality were what makes his company worth doing business with. As being a Director of Operationâ s for a company myself , I love how he handles business. I already planned on hiring him again for another upcoming project. Would hire him again for all my fencing / home improvement need in the future. Great job Donald and his team!!

If there is something that you donâ t like about the job they will correct it for you until you are satisfied! Iâ m well satisfied with the job that they did for me and would hire them again!

Donald was very communicative. They did a fantastic job on our deck and got us swimming in our pool in a couple weeks!

The work was done in a reasonable amount of time

They were able to book me a week after inspecting the property. They ended up having to push the start date back several days at the last minute, but I Ky because of bad weather the week prior, so I understood. But they showed up first thing in the am and literally worked all day to get it done. Super nice people! Manager even texts with updates. Would highly recommend this group!

Mike and Rob were very professional and very good at what they do. 2 guys were so efficient and when I had questions they could answer because they are very knowledgeable for what they do. Iâ m going to use the company again and I hope they are the ones to do my next job ð ð ¾

Philip, Ivan, and Antino painted my stairway walls and master bedroom to include all the trim. They did it all in one day. The coverage was perfect with no prior color bleeding through. They cleaned and swept after. The paint job is absolute perfection. I highly recommend this crew. They do quality professional painting as stated in the name of their business. Tremendously pleased and the price was reasonable. I will always hire this crew for my home.

My wife and I hired Wayne, the owner of Quality Home Improvement, to install our Hardwood Flooring and stairs. Wayne and his team did a great job with the installation. Our floors and stairs, now, look beautiful.

Lack of follow up communication, cannot contact even though I have text, calls and sent emails.

Wayne and his crew are fantastic. Wayne came out to evaluate the work that needed done go over what we wanted, Go over price and made suggestions and give us a schedule for the work to be done. They did everything in the time frame they said they would. and cleaned up afterward. We are so happy with the work and highly reccomend his company.

Donald Wayne is a very personable professional. He did the job as agreed upon, then went beyond what was required to make sure I received extra value for my money. He finished on time and invited me to inspect and approve the quality of his work before payment was made. Tiny flaws were immediately corrected to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Quality Flooring and will spread the word to my friends. Donald will be my first call for any future floor refinishing needs.
