I called on a Monday, Larry Burke came to the house on Tuesday for a free estimate. The work was completed on Tuesday. Both Larry and his technician were very friendly and professional. A small problem came up with the recessed fixture in the kitchen, but the technician was able to solve it quickly & efficiently. The whole process was painless, and we are very pleased with the results.

Providence was outstanding. They were on time, within budget, and absolutely professional. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to use them in the future.

They pre - wired for a TV on the wall and outlets. They did indoor and outdoor light fixtures. From our basement they put a new box in to support a 250 for our heating and air conditioning out there and it’s just been a rough end. We do plan on having them come back and we have contracted with them to come back and complete this once the final inspections are made and when the drywall is in. We started a garage addition and we plan on using them for that as well. We have contracted $3100 so far for the room addition. The job so far went well. They checked and they got the inspector here and we didn’t have to do anything here. They have been very friendly, competent and professional. They came when they said they would and they were very friendly and we have been very happy with them. I have no complaints so far. We had 3-4 other prices and they were right within the range and comparable to others. We wont ask another electric company to come we won’t waste our time.

Found Providence Electric on Angies List and called for an estimate. Left a voice mail. The owner called me back within 2 hours to schedule the free estimate. I only had a couple of things I wanted done. The ceiling fan was outside on a porch with a vaulted ceiling and the security light was also outside on the patio. He stopped by the next day and gave me the estimate and scheduled someone to come over and complete the work. The gentleman showed up on time and was very professional. He put my fan together, completed the installation and then asked me to check it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted before he moved on to the next project. The security light he was putting up was actually a replacement for one that was already there but was so old that the housing was cracked in to and it would no longer hold the bulbs. When the old light was removed (it was there when we moved in) he came to get me to look at it. The old light was secured directly to the soffit on the corner of the house and the old wiring was pushed up into the soffit under the gutter! No electrical box, etc. He explained that he would have to cut a bigger hole in the soffit and install the proper housing for the electrical wiring so that it would not be exposed to the weather and moisture. He did not charge me any extra and he did a great job. He worked diligently and had both jobs completed in 1 and a half hours, even with the extra work. Very impressed. The owner called after the job was completed to ask how everything went and if I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely call Providence again for any electrical work I need done.

The experience went very well. I got their name off Angies's List and decided to give them a try after reading good comments. Larry was very friendly on the phone and even called to make sure everything went okay. The gentleman who did the work was friendly and quick. I had a $25 coupon, which was very nice in these hard times. I will definitely use them in the future.

Very pleased with all aspects of the service. Mr. Burke was very responsive and polite. Andrew, who performed the service, was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Worked efficiently and kept me informed of his findings/progress. He was also very considerate of my spending limitations.

Larry from Providence came to my home, and quoted me a price that was very reasonable to install 7 can lights in my kitchen. His employee installed the lights with very little damage to my ceiling, and he did it on time. Providence was the only company that would install 7 lights when all the other more expensive quotes were only going to install 6 lights. We are very pleased with the outcome. They installed a dimmer switch, and I can see so much better in my kitchen. I would use this company again!!

Larry came to the house within a few hours of my initial call to review the job. Within a day I had an estimate.. Within a week, Andrew, the Electrician, did the job. Andrew was on time, worked hard, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with this experience.

Things went really well. They are affordable, they have great communication, and they were very fast. He is really awesome and I give this company the highest possible recommendation.

Larry Burke, the owner, could not come personally, but he sent his competent "right-hand man", Dwayne, to do the job. I was in a hurry to have the work done as soon as possible and he accommodated my request to have the work done the next day (Friday). Larry and Dwayne were both very friendly, courteous and professional. Larry called me to let me know when Dwayne would be coming and Dwayne showed up on time. He took off his dirty work boots so that he wouldn't track dirt into my house, I appreciated that! He did troubleshoot all of the electrical outlets in the bedroom to see which ones were working and which ones were not. The problem was found in the light switches on the wall. He replaced those and then all of the outlets started working again. He also replaced the light switch in the closet and the laundry room. All light switches were found to be cracked! All of this took approximately one hour. Dwayne was very knowledgeable and performed the work to my satisfaction. The price was fair and Larry made a follow up call to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I would recommend Providence Electrical to anyone.

Overall I was very pleased. As I said he is courteous and makes sure of what the exact problem is.

Excellent. Larry helped us get a good replacement for shoddy can lights installed by contractor 6 years ago.

The company owner came out to do the work himself. He found the problem within 10 minutes, fixed it and was out the door in 20!

This was a really rough job, I will tell you. He has done work for a lot of people. The nice thing is that the owner comes by to make sure everything is being done right. The only thing that was not done right was they installed one outlet a little too low and it had to be adjusted. Although the baseboards were not on when they installed it, so we don't consider that major. I do not remember a charge because this was all kind of done in pieces. They were very reasonable though.
