PROVIDENCE ELECTRIC

Description of Work: We called Providence because they were listed on Angie's List. We thought that we had a parking lot light burned out. When Providence came, they found that most lights were burned out and it was due to lightning. They were there when they told us and were prompt finding.the problem. They rented a cherry picker and go the job done. All of the lights and ballasts needed to be changed. The job was completed in good time. The people we talked to were very cordial. We will definately do business with them again.

Description of Work: Replaced hot tub breaker, inspected hot tub installation electrical; replaced interior and exterior wall outlets. Prompt, efficient, cleaned up as he went, could not tell he had been here. Will call Providence again. |

Description of Work: They came out and flipped the breaker box so it is in the bedroom instead of next to the shower, so it is within code. They also moved a meter to the outside of my house.

Description of Work: Had a ceiling light that would not turn on. As it turned out, I had a switch off on the other side of the room. I felt really stupid but the gentleman did all he could to make me not feel like an idiot. He removed a dimmer and installed a switch--more, I think--to justify charging me the visit, and to not take advantage of my stupidity, which was OK. Nice people. Coupon was available. Yep, nice people.

Description of Work: Non-functioning outlets were repaired or replaced. An exterior light fixture outlet was repaired and light installed.

Description of Work: I've had them preform two jobs for us. The first was with a wall switch witch had malfunctioned. I though it was a problem with the outlet, but he did all appropriate things to find out the real problem and I was only charged for what needed to be done. The second time, he sent an assistant. The assistant was just as courteous and thorough as the owner and did a great job. The owner always follows up his calls to see if everything is o.k.
