Description of Work: I called to schedule a service man to come for my clothes washing machine. Even scheduling a week in advance I could not get an A M appointment. They put your name on a list nd the service man calls the night before to tell you when he will arrive. I have many afternoon appointments. It is REDICULOUS that even in advance they cannot schedule an A M request.

+ -1 moreThis experience is old so some details have faded. But I've recently joined A-L and it occurs to me this merits a review. Short version, we bought a dishwasher. It was a good machine at a fair price. We paid for installation. After installation it leaked and damaged our property. Pieratt's response was to tell us the installer was a subcontractor and he was on vacation. We eventually got our monetary cost covered by the subcontractor, but Pieratt's in my opinion was unresponsive and did not stand behind what they sold us. Have not been back and will not go back.

Description of Work: I built a new house with Ball Homes. they provided the appliances which I chose months ahead of time. the wrong refrigerator was delivered and I had to show a picture of the one I ordered to prove it wasn't right - tried to tell me the one I received was an upgrade. It wasn't. the stove was defective and had to be replaced. The dishwasher door was damaged, preventing it from going 100% under the counter - a new door has to be built and delivered and re-installed. While the service men were excellent, the sales person was upset with me. I will not deal with them again.

Description of Work: Have bought an over-under microwave/regular/convection oven combo, and a high efficiency front-load washer and electric dryer from Pieratt's in the last three years. Their sales people are both helpful and supportive. Their inventory is substantial. I may be buying a 46 in. flat screen LCD TV from therm in the very near future. The Mt. Tabor Road store seems to have more inventory on the floor than the Nicholasville Rd. one.

+ -1 moreThe prices were good. Delivery took 6 weeks and was promised in 2-3 weeks. The installation of the wall stove went well. The refrigerator delivery was poor, they brought the wrong one and it didnt fit. The salesman actually ordered the wrong one at the store. The correction was made quickly, however. The installers scratched the side of the refrigerator. I did not give them the opportunity to fix it. The range hood never came, so I ended up canceling my order.
Description of Work: I purchased a wall oven, stove top, refrigerator and a range hood from them.
