It went very well. He was actually filling in for the people that I normally use. He came out very quickly. He diagnosed it very fast.
Description of Work: I used Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning to diagnose and fix my AC which was not working.

They were recommended by our warranty company, promptly came to our house to diagnose the existing problem, made recommendation to our warranty company, and we got a favorable cash settlement and we authorized Phoenix to complete the work.
Description of Work: Remove and replaced our old AC Unit.

I called David several times to set up an appointment to come check out the AC. He told me he would get to it later in the week. He never showed up nor did he call to let me know he could not be there. This company is unreliable and I would not recommend them.
