The staff was helpful. They came out and measured at no cost. Their installer was fine, nice guy. Competent. It was fine doing business with them. High quality, it looks great.

The first person they sent out was so bossy, messed up the estimate numerous times to the point that I almost left (and wish I have of). Another person stepped in and took over. She was better to work with, but the end result is that the blinds do not properly fit inside the windows and I can see daylight around each side of them. I purchased some of the most expensive blinds they sell by Hunter Douglas. The blinds were promised to be ready by the time my house was built (which was a month overdue) and they still were not ready. I complained and they came out and put up paper shade in my bedroom. The entire order did not arrive at the same time. Between coming out to the home while it was under construction for numerous measurings, and all of the aggravation, I spent more time trying to get the blinds than I did picking out everything for the house. Building the house was easier and went smoother than dealing with Perspectives and their personnel to get something as simple as blinds that keep the light out. I've been a customer of theirs for over 25 years, but after this experience, I'm done.
