I called Paul and he sent someone else out the next day with the same person and they said they will fix what was broke without charging labor but I declined them to do anything else.
Description of Work: I had a slow dripping leak in my tub and I called Paul the Plumber to come out and change the gasket to fix the drip. He sent an inexperienced young man out and his only tools were a channel lock and a screwdriver. He took the tub gasket and said he would change them all, but he damaged the tub so it would not work when he was done. I was watching him and could tell he did not know what he was doing.

His price was very high. He spent no more than 45 minutes here, he was punctual. He was going to be 15 minutes late but he called to let me know, which is almost unheard of. He was clean and removed his shoes at the door. It took him awhile to figure out what the problem was, but once he found it he was able to repair it quickly.
Description of Work: He fixed a leak in the pipe below my kitchen sink.

They called us today to say they were coming out but they were told it was not an urgent request. Jimmy Osborne came into the home, I pulled out the fridge and showed the water line, and he told me he had a metal water line he had picked up at the store that cost $40. It was a very long copper line, and I wanted a plastic line that costs approximately $5. I explained the metal line would not fit, but he said it was very flexible. He showed it to me and I said it would not be sufficient and requested the plastic line. We should have discussed it prior, but he got upset and snatched his tools and wrapped up the line hastily, said he was leaving and that we could call somebody else. I followed him out to his car, trying to explain we wanted to get the work done with them, but he said "gas isn't free," even though in truth we were the ones paying for the service. Also, he brought his young daughter into the job with him. After he left, I called and there was no sound and then hung up, then one ring , and then a busy tone. He turned off his phone and will not answer phone calls.
Description of Work: We had a refrigerator which had a water line going into it for the ice maker. The line sprung a leak and we called Paul the Plumber.
