I canNOT say anything negative about my experience with PandaPix. I was planning a surprise 90th Birthday Party and I needed pictures and a video for the party. A few of my old pics I didn’t even think could possibly scan with any quality worth adding to our collection of memories but to my surprise they were some of the most precious! I had old pictures printed and placed around for people to see & had a video going the whole time!!!! I would highly recommend Panda Pix to anyone. Fantastic! Paul Briggs is very professional, yet caring. He kept me informed throughout the process and did his best to produce the best photos he could with negatives that were from 60-88 years old! I wanted to take a number of my father’s slides from the early 1960’s to the mid to late 1970’s and get them converted for a Christmas present this year. As a small business owner I looked for someone both qualified and local and was thrilled to find Paul and PandaPix. It turned out to be a few over 300 slides! Paul met with me and we worked out the details and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. He helped me meet my Christmas deadline and made it easy to do. It went very well from the beginning to the end. Paul was easy to reach by phone, text, email. He always responded quickly and thoroughly answered all questions /concerns that I raised. Paul worked with me to help me understand the process and my options. He created DVDs and CDs of the slides. They turned out beautifully and I was very pleased with the outcome. I arranged to pick up the final product and he spent an hour with me looking at the CDs and DVD and giving me guidance regarding software I might use to work with the images on my own. He even made extra copies of the CD at no charge! Oh, and his wife Ann, was also very helpful in returning emails and phone calls and arranging for pick ups and drop offs.

About a year ago I needed to have 20 mini dv videotapes from an old camcorder transferred to digital files. After researching a number of companies that provided this service, I found the prices were a little more than I wanted to spend, plus I felt uneasy about mailing my precious tapes to a company located hundreds of miles away. Thankfully I kept searching the Internet and came across the Panda Pix web site. I was so pleased to find a local company that could assist. I emailed my request for a free estimate and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within a few hours. When there was a problem with converting my tapes with the video camera Panda Pix had on hand, another video camera was purchased (at no additional cost to me) in order to complete the job. In addition, I was regularly kept abreast of the status of my order. I even received a clip of a video to review as I awaited my order to be completed. Once my tapes had been transferred to digital files and DVDs, I raced home and excitedly viewed each file. To be able to treasure old videos that my family and I haven't seen in 10 years has been such a blessing! I was so pleased with Panda Pix's service, that I recently reached out to them again for another tape conversion request. Once again, the professionalism, turnaround time and quality of work was spot on! I highly recommend Panda Pix. You will not be disappointed.

After I lost my lifetime of photos in a flood, I tried a couple of popular companies to restore my 110 film and some of my 35 mm negatives.
