We don't have them all year. We just have them from April through October.

They keep the spiders away and that's what counts. It usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes to do the job. The workers are very professional and very friendly.

Over the phone we determined the ants were carpenter ants, which can nest inside the wood of which the house is built. I was told that the exterminator would look for the source of the ants, spray outside, and drill holes in the walls from which to insert insecticide. I was told there would be no spray inside the house, which I didn't want due to the chemicals it's made of. The exterminator looked around the outside of the house and determined the ants were not nesting in the house but we're coming from some ivy in the yard. He sprayed outside the house, and then sprayed inside, telling me that drilling pinholes into the wall is not the way they do it. He did relay this complaint to a man I assume was his manager, and they cut my bill in half. Because the ants were not nesting in the house, I did not feel it necessary to contract for a year's worth of spraying, and cancelled the remarks Nader of the contract. Several days later, I was seeing a few ants each day, so I called to ask if this was normal. The person who answered the phone said she did not know but would have the exterminator call me. I did not get a call back. The next day, my son looked around the house to see what he could find since I was still seeing ants, and found a nest inside the wood at the inner corner of my deck and in the foundation beams at the corner of my house. He has spent the day removing the nest from the wood and cutting it out to replace with new wood. If he had not gone looking, I would have believed there were no ant nests in my house, possibly called them back to keep spraying as I saw more ants, and all the while the beams under my house would continue to be destroyed.

I called them because my place here in Kentucky was just infested with spiders before we bought the place and I went around myself to try and get rid of them. But I couldn't so I called Orkin Pest Control. They took my credit card information as if I was going to make a payment and they said that they would be out on a Monday but they never showed up. So they guy called me back and asks how it went for me and I told him they didn't show up. So he said, "Oh we're sorry. We'll reschedule to come out and take care of you." So I said OK and they never showed up again. Thankfully they didn't bill me.

Exterminator was prompt and did a good job. Treatment took a full day to do. Have not seen any more termites

They seem to do a good job. They were servicing my mother's property for about 15 years so I've continued to them on that property.

Before leaving the individual from this company informed us that he did not have enough of the right types of traps to leave in the home and that he would return once he obtained them. Additionly he informed us that if he didn't that we should call to remind him. This is not what we expected to occur. Our presemption was that we were hiring a professional extermination compnay that would have the correct equipment and quantities of supplies and would leave us with the proper instructions and expectations.

They are excellent. They are wonderful. They put in a bug resistant solution in the insulation. Wonderful price good people to do the work. We got siding put on our house and got new air vents. Cleaned up after themselves. They have helped out so many times that you cannot image. I would highly recommend the ones in Lexington.

They come out and put stuff around the house to keep bugs out. We had earwigs come in the house and they made a special trip out. They figured out where they were coming in and put some stuff down. They are going to come back out and seal up the holes. They are very friendly You can call them any time you want to. They've got good people working for them. They have different plans too because we don't have them come out in the wintertime.

They go under the house and check that there is no termite or anything or any damage. I have been here for 10 years and I always make sure that I am here when they do it. They inspect the place and answer all my questions. I would like to know what they are doing when they are paid to do it. Their quality is also good. I watch them do it. They give you a certain time and they come at that time. Professionally they seem to know what they are doing. We will continue to use them. It is actually only like insurance, they go in and check and if there is anything wrong we have to repair all the damage.

They kill the bugs. They are usually on time and we don't have any issues with the pest control. They come out quarterly and also when they are needed. We had used them before in the other places that we lived and that was the reason why we went with them.

Contracted with Orkin to provide periodic inspection and service for pest control. Have been satisified with service. They are very accommodating with scheduling, arrive on time and are very professional. Prior to using Orkin, I tried every kind of spray and power to rid my home of the spiders, pill bugs, and other pest that would find their way into my home. Nothing worked. Since using Orkin, my home has been relatively pest free. I believe their prices to be comparable to other estimates received. I recommend their services.

We had termites in the crawl space in the basement. I had some wood that was in contact with the dirt ground. The termites didn't cause any damage to the house itself. They were very prompt. The job took two days. They did the crawl space on the first day and the rest of the house on the other day. It only took two days because the weather was bad. I assume that the price was in line, based on the experience of somebody else who had the same type of job done.
