+ -1 moreSold me a 5th wheel and after getting it the things that were to be fix where not, went back told me that I bought AS/IS which was true but I had the things to be fixed on the contract they did fix the items on the list. They have a very poor and slow service department I was just not happy. No this is not sour grapes because if they had treated me right they would have had a client for life. I know longer have the 5th wheel I bought from them in November 2012. I bought a new 2014 Grand Design Solitude 369RL from another dealer in Tampa FL . Would I ever use them again NO. On a lighter note they did spilt the cost of the roof repair. I also can take part of the blame for not getting and inspection before buying.

Description of Work: De-winterize motor home. The job wasn't done at all and this wasn't found out until I returned home. It was cheaper for me to just do the job than to return it and complain about the service. I use Northside only because they are the only ones in this area recommended for use. I have used them for for other services that were acceptable; replace LPG regulator was done okay. In another case I wanted a solar panel replaced and after 2 months of waiting I was informed they could not get the part. I called Camping World in Bowling Green and they said drive down (4 hour drive) and we'll put it in which I did. It appeared that Northside had no interest in finding and installing the solar panel which I do not understand.

+ -1 moreThis is what I wanted; not a pre-build shed because there was no room to get it into my back yard. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Northside RV's to build my backyard shed for me. Everything was pre-fab but they came out and assembled it on my property.
