We are a fully insured, professional painting company offering many kinds of painting, staining, and finishing. Although every customer hopes to find the most reliable contractors, it has become increasingly difficult to find responsible, reliable, and trustworthy contractors who will do what they commit to on the time schedule they promise while providing excellent workmanship. Since we were very pleased with the results when we used My Three Sons Professional Painting on s previous house, we contacted this company again for the exterior repainting of our new home. Keith gave us a detailed estimate and offered suggestions for painting that were helpful. He and his work crew, led by Mike, were professional and accomodating. They carefully prepped the outside of the house, kept the job site free of clutter and respected our property. The result is a high quality, beautiful paint job.

I found My Three Sons on the internet while looking for someone to repair water damage from a leaky roof. This repair was not just for painting - there was significant damage to the old lathing that old houses have. This damage was very significant particularly because it had occurred on a house built in 1908. My problem is that I am in Lexington only once a month and needed someone who was trust worthy and would do what they said they would do - without me there to supervise the works progress on a day to day basis. As one meets Keith, the owner, you can tell right away that he is a man of character and is honest. I saw the final results this past weekend while in Lexington and they are very nice. I highly recommend My Three Sons for any repair and painting needs you may have.

At the same time, we agreed that the added costs was due to your builder not completing all the caulking that needed to be done on your newly constructed home, the color change your wife requested for the trim (the contract originally specified one color for body and trim) and the second coat that was noted as an option in the contract if you wanted the lifetime guarantee provided by Sherwin Williams. Even still, I do understand that these agreed to added costs still amounted to more than you originally anticipated spending. I appreciate your feeling on this and your honest comment.
