It went extremely well. They were very good at communicating when they would be here, when the part would arrive. They were polite and informed. They explained the charges ahead of time and there were no additional charges.

This was a water leak in the ice maker. I diagnosed the problem and informed the operator when I called for service. The technician spent most of his time on an iPad and cell phone determining the part number and pricing. The part is $45 to $50. So, the labor costs were $225 which is excessive for this area.

Technician, Steve, was professional and courteous. Great at explaining options. Was able to quickly research part availability on ipad. Knowledgeable.

Repaired dryer, required new thermostat kit. Service man was exceedingly polite and professional, showed me the mechanics and explained everything he was doing. Was able to diagnose, leave & fetch part from their warehouse (for a dryer made in 1991), and complete entire repair in about 2 hours. Cost included parts & labor & a discount... perhaps a bit much to spend on 20+ year old dryer but cheaper/easier than replacing and I do believe him when he said everything else about it was fine (tripping the high-heat thermostat is a safety mechanism, and what I had already suspected occurred). I'm also having problems with my stovetop, again the service man pulled the unit apart and showed me everything he was doing/testing. Decided it was likely an issue with the gas line rather than the appliance. Recommended I call the appropriate professional or the Gas Co and did not charge for this diagnosis.

Arrived on time, very personable and professional. Diagnosed the problem, confirms solution with manufacturer and with company. Problem was corrected in a timely basis. Did not mind me loooking over his shoulder to learn bout the problem.

I emailed Mr Appliance via AL on Sunday night regarding my broken dishwasher. I provided the model number, serial, and details about the problem. On Tuesday I still had no response, so I contacted a different company who responded quickly and are coming out today. This morning (Wednesday) I received an email from Mr. Appliance saying someone would call me later today. Granted, a dishwasher isn't exactly a critical appliance, so I would have stayed with Mr Appliance if they had said Wednesday was the earliest appointment, but 48 hours is too long to wait for an initial contact.

The company provided a same day appointment. The technician arrived as scheduled. He covered his shoes before entering my home. He was professional and friendly. He explained the problem and how he could resolve it. I will definitely call on Mr. Appliance again.

Great. David came out the day after we requested service and completed the repair in under an hour. Always does a good job for us! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on schedule! We use Mr. Appliance for all of our appliance repairs.

We had used Mr. Appliance in the past and really like their professionalism, so we called them to repair the oven. Initially we called the phone number we had, which must have been answered by an answering service or corporate - not sure. We were afraid they were out of business because it was not clear that we would receive a call back. The local Mr. Appliance did call that day and sent a repairman out the next day. Job was complete that day - turned out to be something minor but nothing we would have known to do. Seemed like an appropriate nominal fee for service call. Very pleased!

We have a large built-in refrigerator that not all companies will work on (very difficult to pull out). David came out and gave us an estimate, which we accepted. A couple days later, David and Steve installed the part. The job took about 3 hours. The technicians were very neat, even putting booties over their shoes to come in the house. We were very pleased with the entire process and our fridge is working great!

He did it for free because there was a 60-day warranty on their work. I called them and told them that we were having the same problem again and they came within a day or two and took care of it. They specialize in large appliances. They have a fully marked truck and they have a website. The same guy came back. He's ready for the next time.
