The technician that came to our house both times was fantastic. Great communication from the company, friendly service, and answered all our questions promptly. He even spent time with our bulldog, who would not leave him alone when he was on the floor! Great company that was easy to work with and high quality, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Mr Appliance reviewed, evaluated then researched to find solution. He followed up with me twice to see machine was fixed and continued to function properly.

They had to come back to find out why it was not making ice and they still didn’t fix it so I took it myself to order a new ice maker and I put it in myself and it is making ice like crazy and I have not had any problems with it after I fixed it myself

Great service! I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and will be using them from here on out. I’ve used them twice over the past year for my refrigerator and dishwasher. The communication on everything throughout the process was excellent and the price was great.

Alex was great! I was given a service window but he called to let me know he would arrive in 15 min. He was able to diagnose the problem. Asked me before he proceeded and resolved the matter quickly! I trust Mr. Appliance and the work that was preformed!

Have used Mr Appliance various times. They are always there within a a Dey or two for the repair. I very much appreciate you notifying who will be coming and your time frame. Then calling when you are on the way. You will be my go too repairman.

They quickly narrowed down the problem - showed me a diagram of the issue - explained how long it would take to get the part - prompt courteous and careful around my cabinets and wood flooring - I would highly recommend their company for Thermidor appliance repair

Peyton was our service guy. He was very prompt and upfront about what was wrong and how much it would cost. The part we needed wasn’t in stock but we had the part that we had previously ordered. After all was said and done we paid $144 which I found extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr. appliance. Oh and they were extremely neat and clean.

Travis and his helper were very professional and friendly. They let us know when they were on their way, they took all precautions with their wearing of booties & face masks and were quick to assess the problem and let us know what needed to be done and the cost. We would highly recommend them and will call again when needed.

Very well. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the needed part after obtaining the part from a local appliance parts center.

They showed up early within the service window, diagnosed the issues quickly. Ordered the parts and were back within 2 days to fix it. They fixed the fridge within 30 minutes. They were super courteous, I also liked that they bring their own mat and wear coverings on their shoes.

The repair was repaired with professionalism and persistence.

Technician diagnosed the problem, gave us an exact cost of repair. We elected not to have the repair made due to repair cost verses replacement cost.

I called two other companies: one was rude and the other wanted more than two weeks for a repair. The Mr. Appliance Rep came the next day at a time that worked for me. I received a phone call and a text with his picture when he was on the way. He arrived exactly when he said would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to put a patch in while we waited for the part to come in in three days. The refrigerator worked fine with the patch and has worked fine with replacement part. The entire experience, including two visits, parts, and service, cost only $168. I will use the company again for other services. This was the most impressed I've ever been with a service provider.

Transaction did not go as expected. At the initial visit we were informed by the technician that we had an air leak and that all that was needed was some silicon sealant to stop the air infiltration. We were charged $150 for the visit with a one year guarantee that if they needed to return to fix the same problem there would be no labor charged. Two days later the ice maker exhibited the same issue with ice thawing and freezing up inside the unit. We contacted Mr. Appliance again. This time we were told that they overlooked a part, that they had in inventory, that needed to be replaced. The charge for the part was going to be $200. This sounded rather high so I asked for the part number and let the tech know that we would need to give some thought to their proposal. After some research we were able to determine that the $200 part was being marked up by almost 100%. Buyer beware...Mr. Appliance's "no charge labor warranty", if needed, sounds great on the surface but in reality is fictitious. Unfortunately we paid $150 in repairs to an ice maker that still is malfunctioning.
