Buzzz was the best! Arrived at our condo in Lex after being at our other home in Boston for 4 months to find the refrigerator not working! They came right away to assess and ordered the part and came back 2 days later and fixed it! Saved us from having to buy a mew one!

Our oven was not heating properly. I called Mr. Appliance, and they sent a tech out that day. They were very courteous and professional on the phone, and the tech called prior to his arrival and showed up on time. Troubleshooting was quick and accurate; the part was not in stock, so the tech ordered with a two-week lead time (not their fault). The part arrived, the tech came back out a day early, repaired and tested the oven. The tech was super knowledgeable and professional. Keep in mind there is a troubleshooting fee ($120.00) that is waived if you have the work done; if you choose not to continue with the repair after troubleshooting, you pay the fee. I felt for the ease of the job and the cost of the part, the price was exceedingly high for the repair. But it was probably competitive, I didn’t compare.

Great! We had Alex as our Service Man and he is terrific. We have had him twice before to deal with separate dryer issues. Alex is always very friendly, super professional, and so knowledgeable, even working on different brands and appliances. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and especially Alex 😃

Promptly came to my home and diagnosed a problem with the fan. Within 20 minutes the technician was able to tell me what the problem was... a faulty fan that blows air down into the fridge. They ordered the faulty fan and was able to get it cooling marginally before they left. They came back 5 days later and replaced the fan. This refrigerator is like new now! I had to turn down the refrigerator setting because it was freezing everything! THANK YOU, GUYS! Very professional staff! I have nothing bad to say! Excellent work!!! I'd 100% use their services again!!! TOP NOTCH!!!

The washing machine was completely repaired within about 3-4 hours of my call to Mr. Appliance. I was so pleased they were able to fit me in that morning. Once the problem was diagnosed, the tech left and returned right away with the part he he needed to fix it. The tech was very professional. I appreciated the use of shoe covers! The repair was quite pricey, but likely comparable to any other appliance repair company. Wonderful experience overall!
