VERY poorly. Tiles were crooked, gaps left, a mess left after the work and extremely overpriced. It took over about a week to do this first very small, simple job. On the second job in my current home, he would arrive late, like 10:30 in the morning, work an hour or to and disappear. This job, which a good tile person would have done in 2-3 days took well over a week. Extremely over priced for the work done. Work done was terrible...crooked tiles, sloppy work, lazy, came late--like 10:30 AM and would leave for hours at a time. A 2 day job took over a week. He explicitly stated that he personally did all his work and he did not have employees like ... (and made a slanderous racial remark here) working for him. It turns out he did have someone else who did really try to do the work, but was not experienced. He demanded more money part way through the job, he was rude and overbearing--even shouting at the home owner. He did not finish the job, leaving off edge trim pieces, tiles behind the stove, and he only did a little bit behind the fridge. And he stole the leftover tiles that the home owner bought personally and returned them to the store and kept the money. His work was extremely sub-par and not finished. Dishonest, overpriced, lousy work.
