Our circumstances changed and we could no longer move into the community that we had made plans to build a house in. So we didn't actually go through with any building. But my experience with him, through the design and the early discussions, was very, very impressive. I talked to builders who were 100% with glowing recommendations for Mike. I would absolutely use him if we need him in the future. We had several planning sessions to determine the plans for the home.

The process of the quote was great. I just decided to not do the project. I appreciated his attention to detail and he was clearly the most customer-focused of all the builders I talked to. He fully disclosed costs up front; he said that he wasn't the least expensive and that is exactly what everyone else told me about him. He said I wouldn't be surprised and he would be finished on time and he would keep me informed along the way. He has a certain way he discloses costs. I talked to five or six people who had used them and they confirmed that this was true. Every part of the experience I had with Mike was an A.

Excellent customer service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and time management, with fair pricing. Very high quality of dedicated subcontractors who clearly take pride in their work and craftsmanship. Excellent project manager assigned to job. Team was very courteous of site issues and how they impacted neighbors. We are very pleased with our beautiful new home!
