The customer service was good when I called them. They did answer all of my questions for me. The service person was nice too. I don t think he was supposed to help me move furniture, but he did anyways. The price was good I thought. He did try to up sell me for different services, but I told him to just give me the basic service and he seemed OK with that.
Description of Work: I had them clean 400 square feet worth of carpet in my house and they did move a few pieces of furniture for me. They did not scotch guard and there was no spot removal done either. The carpet is a small plush style.
