Mr. Tom was very professional. Did a great job in rehanging the door. Now it meets the frame. I will be calling him again when I need something done.

Good experience with this contractor. He was there when he said he would be. Work was professional, and done on time.

The actual tuck pointing of the brick & stone parts of this old house were done well but the power washing left staining & debris & much mess for me to clean up,had water sitting on the foyer floor from where the power washer forced it under & around the front door.Staining still present it didn't "wear off" Now have to pay someone to figure out how to do that clean up.

Tom was extremely conscientious and offered soltuions to rennovation issues I did not know how to solve. The outcome is just beautiful.

He came in more expensive than my other quotes, but was well worth the extra cost. He did an excellent job and I will most certainly use him again for other projects. He has a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. Worked weekends and into the late hours until job was completed. Very helpful and personable.

Lighthouse Construction provided excellent service and arrived on site as proposed. We were impressed with the companys integrity and work ethics. Our project included repair of utility shed roof and doors, garage ceiling drywall replacement, and scraping old wall paper from an existing bathroom and then painting the bathroom.

Very helpful. Went to store to help with selection of molding offering advice on what would look nice in rooms to be done. Very personable. Rooms look great. Have other projects he will be doing. Would definitly recommed him to others. Great job. Estimate was very reasonable. Glad we selected him.

Tom did amazing job with my project

I am very pleased with the work that was performed and also the follow up leading up to the actual repair. Had a proposed estimate for work to be done the day after inspection. I did not have to make any calls to get a return to do the work! Definitely recommend their service.

Tom did excellent work in replacing two of our windows and repairing the outside wall that was damaged by water. He is very friendly, and does a great job at describing best and worst case scenarios for the repair services. His work is worth the price.

We were extremely happy with Lighthouse Construction. They worked with us to fit our busy schedule, they were prompt, professional and did the job at a very reasonable rate. We couldn't be happier.

Great work and the colors he recommended for painting were perfect. Someone I could also trust with my house key and even more importantly, with my dogs. Even my older dog, who doesn't take to many people, didn't mind Tom being in the house without me there. Glad to find someone I can trust and whose work is so good to help with those things I can't do myself.

Christy responded to my request almost immediately, and Tom not only came out the same day, he repaired my screen door (replaced the screen) right then, even though he had to work outside in the rain. The only reason I didn't rate Quality as a "5" is that I had to reset the center bar because it wasn't in the designated slot, but that was understandable given the working conditions!
