Description of Work: Mr. Cunningham was very professional. We used his service when we bought a home in 2004 and when it came time to sell we had him do an inspection on our home again to be sure we didn't get any surprises. Again service was excellent. We had him also inspect the home we were buying and he helped greatly with both ends of the transaction. If I bought or sold again, I would use this service.
