+ -1 moreThe sales guys showed up promptly and, although they were very young, seemed knowledgeable and professional. They gave some ballpark prices, lots of ideas on how to address our roof issues, but said they'd send someone an installer out to better define a price on that following Monday. No one showed or called back. We didn't feel we should chase down a business, so just left it as they apparently weren't interested in the work or communication between the depts in the company wasn't the best. Either way, probably best not to pursue such a company.

+ -1 moreThe entire process went smoothly for the most part. Getting the ball rolling from quote to materials was snappy. There was some delay with scheduling but they informed us as such so it was completely acceptable. There was also a minor issue with the work but they above and beyond to correct it. All in all this was a very positive experience and I would recommend them and or hire them again.
Description of Work: We needed an aging roof replaced.

+ 0 moreI contacted Lexington Blue for an estimate, I spoke with a nice gentleman named Keith. He was very honest, and admitted he probably couldn't beat another estimate I received. He knew by admitting that, he probably wouldn't get my business, but was very honest with me. I would highly recommend these guys. They have great customer service and a good reputation. I will be contacting them again for other jobs in the future based on my first experience.
