+ -1 moreHorrible. Spent $2000.00 on a new pool cover and other supplies and was credited with only 114 points. You are supposed to get much more than that. Ron at the Shelbyville Rd store is great but the company is horrible - you can't get a live person when you call customer service and the Rewards program is a scam because they short you on point rewards.
Description of Work: General shopping in their store.

Description of Work: It's complicated - I purchased a skimmer from Leslie's that they were to install. We scheduled a date and time. I called in the morning of the anticipated arrival and was told that they do not install skimmers even though it was dug out. Earlier they said they would install it because the are was dug out - no cement to break, etc. I guess the crew supervisor changed his mind. I waited over a week for this service because they are in Lexington, Ky on one day per week. I then had to find another provider, etc. And wait another two weeks. The salespersons should be better trained and informed. Waiting and being rescheduled is pretty typical of pool companies in my experience. We've had a pool since 1996 and replaced many parts. I've gotten other products at Leslie's and been satisfied.
