I really did my research when looking to put windows in our fifty year old house. The reviews plus the unbelievable price led me to LEI. I have not been disappointed. The salespersons were incredibly prepared and not pushy. They laid it out, but my wife and I never felt pressured. The windows were installed within the time frame agreed to. Our installer, Angus, was incredible. He was professional, but very friendly and I had a real ease with him in our house. The installation went flawlessly and when he left you would have never known we had work done on the house, except for the fact that the house looks and feels noticeably better. Our furnace does not kick on nearly as much. I can't wait to get my next gas bill.

I was very impressed with how this company took the "fear" out of purchasing new windows. The quality and affordability of their Elite Series/TK2 were wonderful. From the beginning to the end of this process was quick, easy, and understandable without lots of hoops to jump through. Our financing was done before the salesperson even left and the window installers were very professional and were extremely conscientious about not leaving a large mess. They kept us informed of the progress and any potential issues. They were very thoughtful about ensuring this purchase was installed correctly and took their time to get it right. It was a great feeling to make this big of a purchase and feel that the quality, professionalism, and service were top notch.

Everything went great- from help with deciding on our choice of window, to installation, & most importantly the performance of the window. Even when we've had single digit temperatures, the inside of the window has stayed warm. We couldn't be more pleased!

Communication is not their strong point. It took so long for the windows to be manufactured that our initial loan expired before we could sign on the dotted line. They said I would have to reapply for the loan (which requires another hit on my credit score). I told them I did not want to do that and to cancel the order. They threatened to send it to collections if I did not let them install the windows after waiting to hear that they were ready 4 months after the order was placed.
