+ -1 moreThe original contact information I received was for Lexington, but it was automatically routed to the sales person in Louisville. In fact, the original Lexington contact called later to make sure I had reached the Louisville salesman, since it was his name and number I had instead of the Louisville contact. I really liked that coverage, ensuring I had not fallen through a communications gap. Installation took two days, something I was warned of before they started. Most of the time I was barely aware they were working unless I saw a ladder by a window. They had one minor issue with missing hardware, but I was made aware before the end of the day and told when they would come back to fix the issue. It was quick to do and he resolved it without us even knowing he had come back to finish. The installers were great. It was a team of two and they never seemed to stop moving. Both were very professional and answered the couple of questions I had, in the process pointing out things I had not noticed about my own house.
Description of Work: Removed the old gutter and downspout system and replaced them with the Leaf Guard system.

+ -1 moreInitial price was almost $2000, but if I signed a contract on the spot I could save $100. Yeah, what a deal.
Description of Work: I needed to replace my gutters on the garage and wanted some type of gutter guard as well. Leafguard is a one piece gutter and hood combination, so I got an estimate from them. Almost $2000 for about 100 feet of gutter. Unbelieveable!!!! I don't know how this salesman can sleep at night. Although he claimed their product is made of the thickest coil available, .032, it still had a very flimsy look to it. The leading edge of the gutter does not have any lip so its structural integrity is almost non-existent and would most likely bend very easily if you leaned a ladder against it. If you tried to clean it out using your hands there's a good chance you would cut yourself on the sharp edge. They claim it has the capacity of 6" gutters but only has a 5" profile, more bunk. They may or may not be listed with the BBB, but I couldn't find them there. They're based in Lexington and probably don't have a Louisville location. Just a travelling salesman making house calls. I got my gutters and a gutter guard called Leaf Relief installed for about $1000 and they look great. Think twice about shelling out this kind of money. Their big pitch is it's an INVESTMENT and will increase the value of your home. More Bunk!!! And while the salesman was there he had to tell me the shortcomings of the gutters I currently had on my house, I told him we aren't talking about my house, just the garage.

+ 0 moreTimely, polite, very workman like and professional job. Price not the highest and not the lowest, but good for product and services. My neighbor had same system installed before me and is also very pleased.
Description of Work: Remove old gutters. Install gutter/gutter topper (one piece system). Clean up afterwards and haul away old gutters.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN ANYBODY ELSE THAT I DEALT WITH. IT WAS A SUPERIOR PRODUCT, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: ALL THE GUTTERS AND DOWN SPOUTS WERE REPLACED.
