+ 0 moreThe process went smoothly. I first went to the store on the Thursday. The salesman showed me several used computers and let me try them out until I found the one I purchased. The laptop was $149.99 with good battery & charger and a 90-day guarantee. They offered an additional 1-year guarantee for half-price (reg. $79) which I bought also. The service charge for transferring data from the old hard-drive was $30. It was ready to pick-up on Monday. The quality of the product I purchased is good - the computer is quite old - 2005 Dell with Windows Vista. The service I received was excellent and the price better than other providers that do not also sell used equipment.
Description of Work: The provider transferred all of our data from our old non-working desk-top computer to a used laptop computer which we purchased from them. They also scrubbed the old hard-drive and disposed of the old computer.
