If I could give this company negative stars I would. We were assigned this company when we purchased our Rain Soft water filtration system. We called multiple times when our unit was displaying a "No Salt" code, when it had salt. It took over two months and a handful of calls to the company to get someone out here. When they finally did, they took less then five minutes to look at the unit, charges $150 to "service" the unit, which they didn't do. They looked at the unit and said it was running fine, they did not test the quality of the water to confirm it was actually doing its job or open the unit up. And when they left, they didn't realize our windows were open and proceeded to say "that f*cker, didn't put salt in it" The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Stay away from this company.

Horrible company & customer service. If you use this company do not pay in full until service is provided. We made the mistake of paying in full for a whole home water filtration & drinking system. Everything was great until they could not install the system due to not being able to locate a line. I canceled within time frame. Over a week went by and we did not receive a refund. I called the company several times only to be told they would call me back, which they never did. Finally the owner text messaged me, did not call, and refused to refund our money until they attempted one more time to locate the line. By this time we had several holes in our drywall, one over 4 feet tall. After this last failed attempt to locate the line we were told, again via text, we would have a refund and he would give us a transaction number. Several weeks passed, no refund and no transaction number. Owner stopped responding to text and calls. In process of disputing charges now & possible legal action

David did a very professional presentation. He is honest and straight up! His knowledge of water composition, how it affects your body and even your clothes made it quite clear he has been in the business and loves the water treatment system and uses it himself. By testing my drinking water, the tap water, and their filtered water, it became more and more evident that I could truly BENEFIT from having treated water for all my water needs. One demo is where we washed both my hands with soap, but one with treated water and one my tap water. The difference on my skin was shocking - in a good way! No pressure to buy anything, just an informational presentation. David showed me what a great value this system is and how beneficial it will be for me. I made my own decision. Give David a couple of hours, you will appreciate his dedication and sincerity, and I believe you will get as excited as I did!

This installation has to be the absolute best service call I have had since I became a widow 5 years ago. I often wonder if people are taking advantage because I’m a woman having work done to the house. Definitely not with these guys. Wish I could hire them for everything I need to have done. Maybe they will come back and power wash my back patio. LOL Seriously cannot compliment them enough. My drain in the floor was not draining good, he sent a plumber out to take care of it. They had to cut two holes in the wall and gave me the promise they would fix it. After the installer got the unit in and running he left and another serviceman came in and fixed the holes in the wall and then today he sent a guy out who painted the wall. I would recommend this company over and over. Rain Soft filtration system is very nice for this area’s water. Thank you to the entire crew who made this happen.

HORRIBLE customer service. By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They were incredibly rude and uncooperative. I tried to months to get something fixed only to have them hang up on us once we finally reached a "supervisor". Do not recommend!

It's amazing how much better the water tastes and feels!!! Our skin is softer and our dishes are cleaner. I don't ever want to be without this system. The soap incentive is an impressive perk. We just ordered our variety of soap and cleaner concentrates, I'm sure they will be great since they will mixed with our clean, pure water.
