The whole process went very well. My only complaint would be that I had to cut my own access in the ceiling in one part of the attic, but I realize that they did not want that liability.

I called 859 608-8476 and talked to Chris Otto around 2:00 p.m. on 4-19-16. I told him what I wanted, and he said his partner would call me back and make an appointment to give an estimate for loose fill blown in fiberglass in the attic. Two days later, and I have not received a call. They must not need my business. I selected 31W. Call them instead. Good luck!

I was completely satisfied and very happy with the job that KY Spray Foam did in my house. I had had another quote done by another local spray foam company, which came in well above the national average cost per square foot. KY Spray Foam came in at the national average, and based on reviews from Angie's List, Home Advisor and other customers, I went with them. They arrived precisely on time with an adequately sized crew to perform the work in one day. They were very thorough in the prepping of and clean up afterwards of my house. Chris Otto was very quick to return my phone calls and texts leading up to the installation, and had answers for my numerous questions. Upon completion he called to make sure I was satisfied. As for the product itself, it has exceeded my expectations for performance. If anyone is weighing the pros and cons of spray foam versus blow in/batt insulation, go with the spray foam. KY Spray Foam said it would cut my gas heating bill almost in half, and it has. My average heating bill last year, when I bought the house, was $185/month. I haven't received a heating bill over $92/month so far this winter, and it has definitely been cold. And my upstairs, which was unusable due to there being only the original 1950's insulation, is now as warm as the rest of the house. I highly recommend KY Spray Foam.

They never did any work nor did they respond to my request for an estimate.

Great, friendly service. I will definitely use them again when I insulate other walls in my house. Just insulating the garage has made a huge difference not only in the temperature, but my kids' sleep is no longer disturbed by the sound of the garage door going up and down.

They explained everything about it. They did what should be done. They are very professional and they take time on what they are doing. They also made sure that everything was covered.
