The service that was received was outstanding. From start to finish. Landon showed up on time for the estimate appointment. We felt the estimate was very reasonable. We were told it would be approximately 6 weeks for installation. It was about 5 weeks later that we were called and asked if they could install that day. When we arrived home that evening the railing looked like it had always been there. The railing is beautiful and to our satisfaction. They were great to work with. We look forward to using them again on another property we own.

On the day Kentucky Ornamental Iron came to install my railing, they broke some brick on a recently rebricked step, and hide the evidence. One side of the railing was not level, and it was obvious. they would return at a later date to do some touchup on the paint.I understood that. I complained to my contractor and to Kentucky Ornamental Iron about the damage to the step, and the uneven railing. Meanwhile, they sent my contractor a bill saying that final payment was past due, when they had not finished the job by touching up the paint. With more complaining through my contractor, someone finally came and adjusted the railing to my satisfaction. They also deducted some from my estimate so I could have my brick step repaired. The quality of the railing they made for me was good, but the service from this company was very disappointing for one that has been around as long as they have. I was sorry I did business with them, and would not do so again.

They were very professional and reasonable priced for such an expensive job. They were on time and here when they said they would be, which I find very important.
