He came out the same day. Very prompt. Was courteous enough to fit me in before weekend since they were calling for more storms. He found several shingles that needed sealed as well as sealing around rubber boots and put back metal flashing on my Eve that blew off. While on the roof he took pictures of everything he found and came down to explain what needed done. He's a very respectful man. His prices were fair and I would highly recommend him again.

Went very well. Kelvin was very professional and in fact did a little more extra work than our contract called for. He goes out of his way to make sure all of his work is of top quality. He made suggestions to replace the existing roof vents with better ones, and I had him install those as well. He repaired some leaking areas, and even did a little painting around the chimney trim (for free). The roofing job was done fast and clean. I highly recommend him.

I found Kelvin Howard to be reliable and honest and the work was excellent. I needed my roof replaced and I called Kelvin Howard because I wanted to use a small local business that would take time to do it right rather than a big company that would rush the work and cut corners. Kelvin addressed all of my concerns with the roof. He removed the old shingles and hauled away the old roofing materials. He replaced rotted wood and flashing and installed a drip edge. He also replaced my attic vents with new ones and moved them so they were evenly placed on the new roof. The new shingles he used were high quality. His crew cleaned all of the old roofing debris out of my gutters and they used tarps to keep the yard around the house neat. They cleaned up all of the old debris and even scoured the area for stray nails afterwards. Kelvin does a lot of the work himself and has a small team of local guys that help with the work and the cleanup. The whole project only took them a couple of days and the new roof looks great. I would gladly call Kelvin Howard again if I need more roofing work done in the future.

Kelvin was out the day after I called and fixed it very quickly. He also inspected the other boots for any cracking.

I have nothing but good things to say about this roofing company. On Sunday morning I noticed a leak coming from the ceiling. I logged onto angieslist and found this company with very high reviews. Let me tell you, Kelvin Roofing lives up to those reviews. After calling them they were at my house within a couple of hours. Kelvin found the source of the leak and said he would be out to fix it once the weather cleared up. His estimate was actually higher than what he charged me for the job. He stayed in constant contact with me and took pictures of the before and after work for me. He said that spot had been worked on at least a few times before. He tore everything out instead of covering up the problem like it had been done before. Everything is fixed and he guaranteed his work. Kelvin and his crew were very polite and they cleaned up very well. I highly recommend you give them a call if you have problems with your roof. This company is very honest and upfront with you. We needed to replace the roof of a late family members house before listing for sale. The roof needed replaced due to age and leaks. Mr. Howard provided a very reasonable estimate to remove several layers of old shingles and replace with new. The job was completed within the promised timeframe and at the agreed price.

We felt very comfortable with their assessment and having them do the repairs. They answered all questions asked and showed us before and after pictures.

Kelvin Howard and his crew replaced the roofs on our house and carport efficiently and well. They were careful removing the gutter covers and then reinstalled them after the new roof was on. Materials and workmanship were top of the line and explained well and we were given options to reduce costs -- from an estimate to just do repairs, to using boards we had on hand to replace split and warped roof boards that should have been replaced the last time we reroofed. This time the job was done correctly from the bottom up. Mr. Howard's initial communication and followup were always personal and pertinent, but they were not always immediate. A time or two he came by or called later in the day after leaving work on another job. When it came to getting our job done, his complete attention was on doing it properly and promptly.

This is a very good residential Roofing Contractor. I got 4 quotes and he did the most thorough quote. Price was reasonable and the work was superb. Punctual and he even returned unused materials and gave us credit. Highly recommended
