Walked us through every step of the way, explained everything clearly and did not rush us to make a decision. Both agents were both friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

+ -1 moreIt went well overall. We contacted her. She inspected the property. We negotiated a list price. She listed it on the internet. She brought potential buyers. She sold it within 3 weeks. No problems or issues at all.
Description of Work: We used Katy Prather at the Georgetown Office. She did a great job and sold the house in only 3 weeks. She is very professional and gave honest feedback on what we needed to do to sell the house quickly. She didn't miss a beat with the closing although battling serious personal health issues. We appreciated her hard work and will be using her again.

+ -1 moreKim is absolutely the best! Her professionalism and tenacity is the reason we are now the proud owners of our new home. We started working with Kim last summer while on a visit here to Lexington. Over the course of the last year we stayed in touch while trying to sell our home out of state which we did in April. Kim does her job exceptionally well. She really listened to what we wanted in a home and the price range we were looking in. Kim kept us in the loop on all aspects of the purchase thus making the transaction as stress free as possible for us. My husband and I highly recommend her to anyone either looking to buy or sell.
