+ -1 moreWell, when my ex-husband passed away and his air conditioning wasn't working. So, I called my friends at KATS, and they sent somebody out that same day. I've been with them for many years. I had to have $200 worth of freon put in. It took about 30 minutes I think to complete the work. They were very nice. + -1 moreSince my usual KATS serviceman was on vacation today, the management sent out a representative from another company who took care of my problem quickly and completely. I'm just so happy that KATS could see to it that I didn't have to suffer through this 90 degree heat. I've been a customer of theirs ever since they opened this business and have always been pleased with their service.
Description of Work: Replaced a capacitor on my failed AC.

+ -1 moreThey basically turned off a motor and were at the rental property for 15minutes, and charged me $100. They did no maintenance. They just did visual observation and didn't do the work correctly. My bill wasn't adjusted. They always were not punctual. I had to call them multiple times. Basically I am to pay them $115 to turn my fan off.
Description of Work: I called them for an issue at one of my rental properties.
