JOHNS SERVICES

The work was never actually performed. I booked the project with Johns Service via phone on 8/14. Robert Johns came out to our home, reviewed the work, then came out a 2nd time to go over the estimate with my husband. We scheduled work dates and on the first day it was to be done, Robert Johns did not come. I called, left a message; he returned my call 1 hr later to let me know he could not come that day or the next, maybe the day after. He said he needed to drive his mother to visit a grandson in the hospital. I never saw or heard from Robert Johns again, despite several attempts. We had already ordered doors and had them delivered, based off of his timing/specifications. It's 11/9 and we found a company that wasn't booked solid to do this work. They let us know that the double sliding door was 7" too small and could not be used! Because it's so late in the season, we cannot paint the doors and windows as previously planned. This is a prime example of how NOT to run a business!

Robert Johns has been in business for fifteen years. He did my roof in two days. Only because there was some rain, but, he did make sure to cover everything up so there was no problems. He cleaned up really well too. There was a little bit of wind. He also had something that detects nails so he was patrolling the area with that as well. He does work all over the state as well.
