He had done good job installing 2 toilets when we first moved to our house - but my husband called last week and spoke to him about installing a sink, as we had company coming in 2 weeks. He said he would call my husband back and get it taken care of soon. Never called back. We called him back multiple times and his voicemail was full. I was finally able to leave a message the next week (which was not returned) and he finally answered the phone on another attempt. I was told they were too busy to get the sink hooked up prior to my guests arriving - and he did not care that my husband had spoken to him the previous and he had not called us back (as promised). He made no effort to accommodate us (and was very rude) - even though he did not return the call and had originally told us they would get it taken care of in time. Terrible customer service, and clearly not willing to accommodate customers.

Everything went fine. We've used them on several other jobs in the past. Their guys have always been pleasant and knowledgeable, and their prices are reasonable.
