JOEY'S Carpet Care

Josh and Cassius came to my house and cleaned all my carpets as well as my wool rugs. They were courteous and professional and did a great job. I would recommend them and would have them again. They actually did all my wool rugs at their facility about 6 months ago and they look fabulous.

We had a leak that we couldn't determine where it was coming from. Joey's expert staff came out and identified the problem in a heartbeat. They are super knowledgeable quick to respond and extremely helpful. I can't say enough good stuff about them.

They came out and made the carpets wet. I came to check on it that night and there was dog hair everywhere as if they didn't even vacuum. It was not one fuzz ball, it was all over. I called and told them what happened and they fixed it the next day. They made me feel as if it was my fault they had to "squeeze" me in the next day because they didn't do it right the first time. It looks good now, but very disappointing seeing all these good reviews. I would not hire again because I feel like I can't trust them to do the job right the first time unless I'm standing there looking over them. This was an empty rental home. If I can't trust them to do their job, I really want to know what else they may have done while they were there, especially if the home had things in it. I hired them to do it on a certain date because the tenants were due to move in and other work was being done on other days. Very disappointing.

The owner said he would call me back as soon as he finished the job he was working on. He never called m back and that was 3 weeks ago!

Joey's Carpet Care did an excellent, professional job in cleaning a severely pet stained living room carpet. The technicians they dispatched (Josh & Mart) were prompt and courteous and explained their tasks. They advised and even retuned two days after to check and make sure the work met our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them and will call on them again when needed!

The wax on my hardwood floor was a bit stubborn, but they persisted and got the wax off. It looks so much better now. Responsive, punctual, and professional.

They cleaned the basement floor and the entire job took about 2.5 hours to complete because of the builders left the floor a mess. They had to scrub the concrete because the previous builders left glue and mud. It is a good size basement and they did an excellent job. I will definitely highly recommend them.

Came quickly and were very helpful. Very professional and extracted all the water, set out dehumidifier and floor fans, checked for moisture. Came back and rechecked everything for moisture. They work very hard to be sure you are pleased with their service. Put out antimicrobial spray to deter odors and moisture problems. Wonderful job. Well worth the price.

Starting with the office manager and down to the gentlemen who performed the work, everyone were extremely courteous and professional. Details were given on not only the process that would be used but also extensive knowledge on the chemicals and why one versus another, etc. I appreciated the personal attentiveness, punctuality, and thoroughness. It was apparent that Ben not only KNEW the business, but took immense pride in his work and paid particular attention to our satisfaction with the job that he had done. I feel that Joey's is a premier service company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have carpet, floors or furniture cleaned.

We had the rugs treated with Scotchguard for a nominal fee. They were soft, clean and looked like new when we unrolled them.

Service rep called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and offered, if convenient, to come an hour early. The carpets and delicate woven upholstered furniture were cleaned perfectly and look great. Cost of work seems reasonable.
