They were on time and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. I had three oriental rugs cleaned and carpet in 3 rooms and a hallway. They did a good job on all rugs and carpet. The only negative was water was splashed on the hardwood floors and not cleaned up. I felt they should have cleaned the water off the hardwood floors. Overall I was satisfied with the cleaning and would use them again. They forgot to give me the discount from Angie's list. I called the office and they said they would send me a check for the overcharge. Good service I would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a top-notched job. When I had another company do the same carpet, within a week, the old stains were back again. When I had them do it, after two weeks everything was cleaned; nothing came back. While they were somewhat more expensive, it was well worth the cost. I will definitely use them again.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning company. They actually called me a few days later to find out how well I liked the work. The technician was very clean. The carpet smells wonderful. I'm planning to tell everyone about them.

We were simply amazed at their work. Carpet that I thought we would have to replace after six years with four children under 14 looks beautiful. They were able to clean a five-year old fingernail polish spill, so that if you don't know exactly where to look, you would never know it was there. They replaced another carpet without replacing the pad, which saved us over $100 over the big box stores' installations. Finally the cleaned our van mats just because they are really nice folks. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them unreservedly.

Arrived at scheduled time. Reviewed the furniture to be cleaned and familiarized me with the procedure. Got right to work cleaning and did a thorough job. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything spotless.

Wow! These guys know how to clean carpet. My wife and I just bought a new "used" home and we were undecided whether to buy new carpet or just clean the carpet already there. The existing carpet did not appear to be that old, but it was incredibly dirty with stains and spots too numerous to count. (It was probably the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen.) We decided to go ahead and invest in cleaning before making the decision to buy new. At the last minute, we almost changed our mind because we were pretty sure the carpet was so dirty that it could never be cleaned well enough. Thank goodness we stayed with our decision to try cleaning first, and thank goodness we hired Joey's Carpet Care. Ben and Heston came out and after measuring, provided a very reasonable estimate. Ben was confident they could get the carpet clean, but did have some reservations about a few of the stains. He said they had a number of different cleansers they could apply in an effort to eliminate the various stains and spots. We agreed on the price and they got busy. Two and one half hours later the carpet looked brand new! I was totally surprised (and impressed) with the results. I highly recommend Joey's Carpet Care and I will use them again the next time I need the carpet cleaned. Thanks Ben and Heston.

Bill was very professional and an overall nice guy. There were 2 spots that didn't come completely clean and he came back to re-do them. Also gave me some tips about other carpet types and how to fix the seams in my carpet so they won't show. I highly recommend this company!

Arrived on time, performed the work quickly, left with no messes or surprises. Pleasant to deal with and they worked hard.

The appointment was for 3 p.m. They called and said they were on their way. Arrived a few minutes late. They gave me a price for 4 rooms and a hallway, which was acceptable. They were prepared and got to work immediately. The 2 men did not introduce themselves, so I don't know if it was the owner or not. I had quite a bit of pet stain to try to remove, and I kind of expected them to comment on whether they thought it would be a problem or not. They didn't say anything, just went to work. I think the job took less than 2 hours. When they were finished, I looked and the stains were pretty much still there. I made a comment about it and one of the men said something on the order of "but the carpet is clean". I feel I should have supervised more closely, but thought they were professionals. All good reports on Angie's List. I think their communication should have been much better.

Contacted the company for an estimate and given the small amount of area to be cleaned they were able to give me an estimate the same day over the phone. They called before they came to my home and they were on time.

They coame out and gave me an estimate. This was a little long. We played phone tag for a while. The viewed all the carpet and stained areas. The told me they felt they could clean up all the stains, odor, make my tile look better than ever, and clean and seal my hard wood. Hardwood had drywall stuck to floor and paint in a few areas on it. They came out with two crews to clean the entire 2800 sq ft home. All tile, hardwood, and carpet. They texted me pictures as they went along. I thought the hard wood was still wet it was sooo brilliant........it was dry!! Amazing! The tile floors....the color was amazing. Didn't know the tile had such awesume colors in each colored section. The carpet..........98% of the carpets looked like new. The only area was the living room...this area was well used and they still did a great job!! I was VERY Impressed!!

They came as scheduled and finished the job on time. The stuck to the quote and charged me the same. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Not a lot to tell. Called and set up appt. Cust Serv rep was very helpful and scheduled according to my availablilty. Cleaning staff arrived on time and provided estimate. I accepted estimate and they immediately cleaned the furniture. In and oiut in about an hour. I had an Angie's List coupon (10%) but found a better one on their website ($25.00)... which I used.

They did a phenomenal job! The man that came out was very friendly and professional. The carpet in the two back rooms is cream-colored and had several pet stains- I was afraid that I would have to replace the carpeting. When he was done, the carpet looked as good as new! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

Good company. Estimate was accurate. I had to reschedule them several times due to my own conflicts and they never gave me a hard time about rescheduling. Carpets looked great, almost like new, when they finished.

They have a local office. They are on time and they do a wonderful job. I had them clean my recliners once. The girl who did that job came and told me that my upholstery was shredding. It wasn?t their fault, it was the fabric. They were honest and they came and told me right away. They are clean and polite.

They are a great company and they did great quality work.

We contacted Joey's after reading the positive reviews on Angie's List. We were not disappointed! We just purchased a home, and wanted to have the carpets cleaned prior to putting our things in the house. They gave us a discount for an empty house, and also a new customer discount. They were prompt, professional, quick, cheaper than the quote, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again!

They came when they said they would, cleaned our carpets, worked on a stubborn stain and came back to work on it again. Very positive experience. Carpets dried well, in the time they told us, and there was no lingering odor.

I have used them many times, and they?re just wonderful. They are delightful people to work with. They had to take the rugs out in several rooms and have them cleaned. We had to remove carpets that had been put over hardwood floors about 40 years ago, and so they were with me for quite a while. It?s a small family business. They do what they say they are going to do and when they say they are going to do it. Their prices are very reasonable. They do everything that I ask them to do, and more. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

Joey's was recommended by my landlord. They arrived exactly when they said they would, asked if there were any problem areas they needed to pay special attention to, and even explained what kind of cleaning solution they were going to use. They did an excellent job - there were a couple of high-traffic areas that were pretty dirty, and they made these areas look almost new.

We purchased our home a few months ago, and had put off cleaning the carpets. I called Joey's to get an estimate over the phone and they told me that Joey's will do a free, no obligation estimate in your home. I scheduled that appointment for the following week. Two representatives came and measured every room in the house to ensure that the estimate was very accurate. We had Joey's come back about 3 weeks later to clean the carpets in our home. We had purchased it a few months back and the carpets were very dirty because the previous owners had a toddler and a few dogs. Needless to say, we had low expectations for getting some of the soiled areas clean. The day of the cleaning appointment, the two workers from Joey's arrived right on time. They walked through the home with me so I could point out the areas I was concerned about. They went right to work, vacuuming first, then cleaning each area in the home. From start to finish, it took about 2 hours for them to clean all of the areas. The technician showed us a few tiny areas he would not be able to get clean (a small koolaid stain and a cigarette burn from the previous owner) that we had not even noticed before. However, we were shocked when the carpets everywhere else looked as good as new! We were very pleased with the quality of work and the level of professionalism displayed by the Joey's Carpet Care team.

They did a very good job. They were considerate. They moved the furniture. The carpets were cleaned well. I thought that the price was reasonable. I would recommend them.
