JOEY'S Carpet Care

Our basement flooded on Friday, April 3 and we immediately started reaching out to various emergency water damage restoration companies in the area. I understand that there were probably a number of residents in the Fayette County region that also experienced flooding, and this may have contributed to excessive workloads, but Joey's Carpet Care was the only company that responded to our requests outside of our homeowner's insurance's preferred provider. I should also mention that we had planned on Joey's Carpet Care to clean the carpet in our basement prior to this event. In between the time that we reached out to Joey's Carpet Care and the time that they were able to come to our home (Tuesday, April 8), we removed all water from our basement using a wet/dry vacuum, and began the drying process ourselves. However, we still had them sanitize the basement as we have two children and three cats. The gentlemen that came to perform the service were professional, and didn't hesitate to answer all of the questions I asked. But their excellent service didn't end there. I called Joey's Carpet Care back because I needed to get an estimate on the value of the carpet and padding that we had to remove from our basement due to the flooding. Unfortunately, this isn't a service that Joey's Carpet Care provides, but they provided me with the name and number of a local company that does that type of work (Carpet World). I think it goes without saying that Joey's Carpet Care has gone above and beyond our expectations, and proves that sometimes, in order to make a difference in a customer's decision making, all you have to do is pick up the phone. I am more than happy to recommend Joey's Carpet Care to anyone looking for prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service for their cleaning and restoration needs.

Workers arrived on time and promptly attended to the work, which included moving furniture and several pieces of heavy weight equipment. Work was finished within 2 hours, workers asked us to inspect their completed work which was excellent. Also offered suggestions about laying new carpet should we ever need to, and how to make sure the new installed carpet was stretched properly. Furniture and weights were moved back to original room, and the job was completed.

It went really well. When they got to my home, I asked them to clean more than the deal specified. They cleaned the living room, dining room, two sets of stairs, and a den. They also cleaned 3 tile areas (kitchen, brunch area, and the foyer). It took them 4 hours to do the work.

I contacted Joeys to inquire about removing red stain from a relatively new wool carpet. I really did not expect that the stain could be removed. We discussed the problems inherent with red fruit punch on a wool carpet, but I still asked that they try to remove the stain anyway. However Joeys ordered special treatment for my carpet and I cannot believe how well it worked. No more traces of red! I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the cleaner. I will call Joey's again for regular carpet cleaning.

Everything turned out very well. Communicating and scheduling was easy, and they did a fantastic job with the cleaning. They were actually able to remove several persistent stains. They even gave us a coupon from their website to use towards the price.

Ben and Bill called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. They went right to work and even accommodated some additional work we requested. They were done in about an hour and left us with instructions on calling then back if there was a problem of any sort. They were both very friendly and professional.

Everything went fine. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. I would definitely have them clean my carpet again.

I love them. They are very professional and they do a great job. They are very nice. They helped me to figure out how to spot clean my white carpet because they said it was too expensive for me. Everything at that company is really great. They told me to look for their coupon to get a discount. They have a minimum price and they estimate by the amount of flooring I have.

It's wonderful. I have cats so they do a lot of touch ups in between.

They arrived on time and were very diligent and took great care. They also did a great job. It actually took a little longer than expected but they honored the quote and never complained.

They care straight to the house and were even a little early. They called to let us know they were coming. They went right to work, were friendly, very professionally, and did an excellent job. I will use them every time in the future.

Right after we got new, high quality carpet, we had to go out of town for several years for a work assignment and decided to rent our house. Our tenant's tiny dog had used our carpet a toilet - there were urine and feces stains all over the carpet in every carpeted room. I really didn't think anyone would be able to help. But Joey's removed all the stains, and the carpet looks new. In addition, they came when they said they'd come and were professional in every way. I highly recommend Joey's.

I've had them come a few times for spot cleaning. They came and did a great job. The cost is calculated on square feet cleaned. Their minimum cost is $75.00. I was told when I bought the carpet, that it should be cleaned using hot water extraction. Joey's is the only carpet cleaner I found here that uses that method. They also showed me how to spot clean when I only have a small area. I am calling them now for a full house cleaning to keep my carpet warranty. They have also have discount coupons. I give them the highest rating.

My wife and I were at a function on 7/1/13 and left our two dogs in our bedroom while we were gone as it was raining. We came home to find that our recently adopted 3 year old border collie got a hold of a tube of green artist's oil paint and chewed the tube up. She had green paint on her face, paws and all over our bedroom/bathroom carpeting. After calling our vet and poison control and determining that the dog was going to be OK, my wife cleaned the dog while I attempted to somewhat clean the carpeting. At 1:30am we decided we needed to sleep as we both had to get up early for work. I knew I had to get the carpet professionally cleaned the next day or the paint would set into the carpet and rug. After calling several carpet cleaning companies who could not come out, I called Joey's and told them of the problem and they dropped everything and came to our home immediately. They did a terrific job and spent 1-1/2 hours cleaning and re-cleaning. After using a number of different chemicals and several different machines, they were able to remove 99.9% of the paint! I was thoroughly amazed and impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. I had thought we would have to replace the rug and carpeting, but not so, thanks to Joey's! I cannot thank them enough!!!

I had two area rugs that needed cleaning, one had been "misused" by a dog. Joey's had a special solution that took care of the smell. The carpets also looked very clean and much brighter. A few years ago I used them to clean my apartment carpet that had been used by a renter........excellent work.

They were really good. My experience with them went really well. It was a little pricey but the carpets were filthy and we had pet stains and they did a really nice job. For days, I walked around in my socks because I didn't want to get the carpet dirty. It looked so nice, I just didn't want to mess it up.

We did have to call them back but they did come back two different times to touch up some places that we thought we missed on carpet care. They offered two different types of cleaning. One uses less steam than the other and we weren't really familiar with the differences well enough to be sure what we really needed to have.

Ben and Bill came when they promised and went right to work. My wife and I are very happy with the results and would most definitely recommend this Cleaning Service to anyone. If we need our carpet taken care of, we would not hesitate to use them again. I would also like to add, when we called for an estimate, Ben was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

The two-man crew arrived on time (actually 10 min early) and spent nearly 3 hours working hard. Made sure all spots and stains were gone and that I was completely satisfied. They worked diligently and efficiently. While I know this is one of the busiest times of the year, if not the busiest, I didn't feel as though they were rushing to get to the next scheduled appointment, which I know they had after me.

Ben came out and provided an estimate. I called to schedule the appointment. They were running late but called to let me know. Everything went smoothly. Carpets looks great.
