IPM Pest and Termite

We were very pleased with their service. They were prompt, courteous and very competitively priced. We require a treatment for the foundation of the house, so they gave us a complete termite treatment and they offer an annual re-inspection for $120.

They show up when they say they will, return calls. Very prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

I was a bit exasperated. Given the other reviews I read, I was hoping for more. I had an appointment setup for a weekday afternoon to have someone come out and look at a possible termite problem with some of my woody plants behind my back porch. I took time off from work to come home and wait for the service, but about 30 mins after the appointed time, I noticed a call on my phone. The individual from the company stated they tried to ring my doorbell and no one answered and to call back. I had been home since 30 minutes before the appointment time, and did not hear any knocking or doorbell. I called the individual back and he stated he knocked on the door several times, rang the doorbell. I told him I didn't hear any of it and I felt really bad about the fact I must have just not heard the doorbell. He said he walked behind my house and didn't see what I was talking about in my initial request. I explained the area, and he said that he didn't see what I was talking about and started to describe someone else's back yard, not mine. I started to explain that wasn't my house, but he gave me the impression he didn't believe me. He got to the point of stating "..near the pot where you put your cigarette butts". I explained "I do not smoke". I think he finally realized I was, in fact, being truthful when I told him that wasn't my house and I had been home the entire time. He said he would try to find someone to come out quickly. This happened a week ago and I've yet to hear back from this company. I guess I'll be going somewhere else...

His team showed up exactly when they said they would and did the job as described. They finished in a timely manner and even cleaned up the termites that made there way in to my house. VERY PROFESSIONAL at every level and I appreciate that.

We've had ants in our house every Spring around this time. This year we also were getting them in one of our upstairs bedrooms. We had IPM out to treat for the ants. While they were here treating for the ants, they found termites near our house, so we also hired them to take care of those as well. From start to finish, the IPM team was very professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again is we have another issue come up.

They had to cancel the original appointment due to rain. When they didn't show I called to check, and they said they had left a message. I never got it, but I suspect they just had the wrong number. Regardless, they rescheduled for the next dry day, and were on time and got the job done. The guys were friendly and didn't mind at all when I had them pause their work so I could let the dogs out.

He came to give an estimate. He gave me his business card with an estimate written on the back of it. I requested a written estimate from him. By the time I received the response from him, I had already found another company.

They were responsive and on time. Thorough with their treatment and reduced many of the ants but some did come back.

He put out food for the ants that kills them, and he sprayed the exterior of the house. It took a little while, but he let me know about that. He came out a second time to check the problem, and was able to find the root it, which was a nest in an orchid pot that I had bought. I did call him a third time to check, because I still saw a few ants, so he checked it again and gave me more food to lay out for them. It did take care of the problem then. Even though he gave me the extra food, I didn't have to use it. He was very courteous and professional each time.

They were punctual, they had good follow up and we were doing all of this from out of town. They coordinated with the owners of the home, I thought they did a really good job.

This was difficult in that the new tenants had to move out of their previous place but could not move into the house as contracted cue to the fleas. We kept them in our house until the fleas were gone!

He seems very thorough although it did take quite a lot of time.

I have used Innovative Pest Management for several years now and they are prompt, efficient, personable, and professional. I have recommended them to my friends already.

If the event that we have a bigger pest infestation they will come out at no extra charge to spray the inside of the house again. We have actually used them to come back in and spray the inside of the house for a second time. We've been using them for 1 1/2 years. They have done a really good job of taking care of the spiders. Basically all the little critters that we used to see have been cut down significantly. We haven’t compared their prices but considering the amount of time they spend, we think the price is pretty good.

Had IPM come out. They sprayed inside and out. Set up to have quarterly exterior spraying done. Was very happy with Tony and his professionalism.

We are on a plan with them. If we call because we see something they are out that day or the next day. They are very responsive. We like them a lot and we have recommended them to many people.

I have to be careful with my horses since they did the ground up. They are really excellent. They were recommended to me through a church member. I called them because I had an overwhelming problem of spiders, they were everywhere. I did not see my first spider till the other night when the tornado came through and that was the first one in about 4 months.

They are very thorough and they do a good job. When they spray, it usually lasts for a year before we need them to spray again. We need to have them come out and spray again.

They were very good. Their price was reasonable. They were very thorough. They told me from where the insects might have come in. There also told me that there were some other circumstances that might have led to it. I would use them again in the future.

Great, very professional. As with most Lexington service providers, two out of the three pest control companies we contacted failed to return our call. IPM returned our call and came out when they said they would. We signed up for their quarterly treatment program. Very professional organization.

They are awesome. We have a plan with them and we use them all the time. They just come out when I need them. They are exceptionally professional and if I call they come out usually the same day if I am having an issue. They do what they have to do and they leave me a note or they talk to me if I am home. It is always good that they explain everything that they are doing and they are very responsive and polite. They are on the ball and I just love them. They are awesome. I have recommended them to everybody I know. I find that they are fair, very quick and responsive.

The technician arrived at the decided appointment time in a pouring rainstorm. He was very courteous and professional and handed me his card at the door. He had to crawl under my house in this horrible weather. He confirmed no signs of termites and yes, the inspection was free. I will definitely use this company again.

They take care of the bugs and we don’t have any problem with bugs at all. They do extra things like they go on to the crawl space and they clean up the cupboards around the house. They take their time when they are here and they don’t just apply the spray and leave. They are really thorough. I don’t have to call and remind them to come and they come on their own.

We moved into our home in March 2011. Once the warm weather started we noticed we had many small black ants in and around the windows. I checked around the internet for insect control companies that used less chemicals and such. IPM's website said they try to use less chemicals to treat infestations. I called they were out within two days which fit my schedule. The technician treated my ant issue and within 3 days I hardly saw any more ants. Now it has been almost 2 months and I haven't seen any ants inside. IPM has come and treated the outside of my house once since the initial visit as well. Very good company. Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding insects etc and talked to me about the chemicals he was using to treat the inside of my house for ants and the outside and their safety being used around my cat and dog.

Overall, I was satisfied with everything. They are really nice people, and I think what they did was effective. They originally treated for ants, and they got rid of them quickly.
