IPM Pest and Termite

When they came to inspect they were on time and very professional. They provided literature about termites and the kind of treatment they were recommending which I found helpful as a homeowner. They found one minor small spot of termite damage in the basement and evidence of termites in one location the yard close to the house. They recommended treating by making a barrier around the home which involved some drilling on the front porch. They were willing to answer all questions and address any concerns I expressed. The process of having the treatment completed went smoothly and very professionally. If I have a criticism it would be that they did not inspect the crawl space until the day of treatment. I would have preferred that the crawl space be evaluated from the beginning, although given that the treatment was appropriate regardless this may be a mute point. I will use this company in the future.

It was a fine experience. He was timely. There were no additional costs. My said they do what they say they will do.

I was very pleased with the service we received. I called afround the middle of the day and someone was able to come to our house that afternoon. He took the time to explain all the options and also about the chemicals they used. We were so pleased with the service we set up to have them come and spary our home on a quarterly basis.

Signed up using an Angie's list special. Communication with Innovative Pest Management and scheduling was flawless. Really impressed with the service and the expertise shown in our first treatment. Told to contact them anytime we had issues and they would be back anytime we needed them between the quarterly treatments.

Called Innovative to set up pest control. We have a newly built home so had some unwanted guests we needed to get rid of. A tech was sent out the day after we called to knock down cobwebs on the outside of the house and spray. Everything was done exactly as we were told. The best part is no more unwanted guests!!

They charged us for a quarterly service. It was not good. It worked until they stopped doing what they said they're going to do. The product worked but they never did come and do their monthly maintenance. They would not do the areas that needed to be done because they would not call ahead and make and appointment to be there.

The employees of IPM are always polite, very knowledgeable, and professional. When we first met, they assessed our situation (ants, at the time), and they treated accordingly. From what I understand, there are a couple different approaches to fix an ant problem, and they clearly chose the best option, as we saw results immediately. For our second treatment, I asked that they come a couple weeks early so they could treat for mosquitoes, and we discussed my more recent pest concerns, for which they treated. We've been very happy with their service and responsiveness. I gave them a B in price because I didn't really shop around too much, so I didn't have much to compare in that regard.

IPM has been spraying for mosquitoes this year and we have been very pleased. We have a lot of trees and water our yard a lot so in the past we have had problems with mosquitoes and couldn't sit in the back yard in the evening. Since we started using IPM to spray we haven't seen hardly any.

The folks at IPM were very helpful and responsive. I was able to set up a time immediately when I called and they even were able to come earlier in the morning to get the job done before I left for work. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. We saw a difference almost immediately after they sprayed and we haven't experienced any issues since. Thank you!

Matt did a full inspection of an older home and was thorough in his work. He was friendly, on time, and professional throughout the inspection. The price was a bit higher than I would pay again, but it was worth it in this case. The price had much to do with the commute to the location of this property.

The ants are disappearing. Yay. Called left a message. He returned my call within 24 hrs. Then called again to schedule. Showed up on time, sprayed around house and checked crawlspaces for termites. Explained about bait and left. Very quick professional and the ants are gone.

They came, sprayed and they were gone. Every season they come back, they get rid of them.

They came when they said they would; they knew what they were doing and made a good inspection; they set a reasonable price; did the job as they said they would and in a fully professional way; the owner inspected the job and found two of the holes drilled to insert chemicals were too far apart by about half an inch and ordered another drilled between and filled with chemical. We were fully satisfied and impressed by all aspects of the company and its personnel.

Quirky guy who really knows his bugs!! Very up front about costs and what could and could not be done. Very professional and ants are totally gone.

We were having repair work done on our house. When the drywall was removed it revealed ants everywhere. They had destroyed the window framing and subflooring. I called IPM right away and they sent a technician out within the hour. He confirmed the ant infestation and treated the house and yard. I was impressed with his knowledge and the information he provided about the treatment plan.

Monday 11:00a ? called office to discuss problem ? made appt for 8:30a next day (Tuesday) Tuesday 8:15a ? I am ready to meet, just in case he is early. 9:00a ? I quit waiting 9:01a - I called office phone ? no ans and I left no msg 9:02a - I called cell phone given on website ? left msg 9:03a ? I called office again (I was going to leave a msg) and spoke to rep ? seems there was a miscommunication in their office...asked what is the service address? Frustrated and now late for work with nothing to show for it...I cancelled the appt. 9:28a ? Rep called back with explanation of the miscommunication and apology.

The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. They explained the problem and what they intended to do to address the pest issue. They sprayed inside and outside our home and also used ant baits. We saw some ants a week later and they returned to retreat.
