Description of Work: Termidor foam termite treatment around house. Drilled holes in concrete on patios and in garage. I was worried about the drilling on the patios, but you can't even see where the holes were made. They did a great job, cleaned up completely, and were very nice, professional guys.

So they came back the second time and I have been pretty pleased with them. I have been very satisfied with their services. Their price seemed a little high and I don?t have a lot of experience too.

 + -1 moreIn addition to a home inspection, we had a pest inspection done on a home we were looking to purchase. The home is approximately 1700 square feet and all brick. Matt at IPM inspected the entire home, which took him around an hour and a half. He did a very thorough job and pointed out any trouble spots and explained them in detail. He suggested any repairs and worked together with our home inspector and realtor to ensure all aspects of the home were inspected and that the home was in good condition.
Description of Work: We had a full home pest inspection done on a home we were looking to purchase.
