Description of Work: Termite Inspection and Treatment. They did a great job. Time will tell if the treatment worked.

Description of Work: They came in, inspected and identified what my insect problem was, treated my home, and told me how to avoid re infestation. All the bugs were gone in about two to three weeks, and have not reappeared. They were professional, courteous, informative and efficient.

The service professional they sent out, Tony Lanning, represented the company in a way unseen in this day and age. I wish he would teach customer service skills to others. Description of Work: They treated two yellow jacket hives, one under an outside building and one behind the siding of my house. They followed up on the treatments to make sure all yellow jackets has been eliminated.

Description of Work: There was a buzzing noise in my attic and I also found some ants in another room. They found and knocked down a wasp nest in the attic and found that the wasps and ants were coming in at the same location (where builder had not installed a piece of trim near the roof vents). They did not push any service, but they were so professional and knowledgeable that I asked them to do "exclusion" work (to keep bugs from getting in) on the entire exterior of the house. They installed two door sweeps I had already bought, fixed a window that wasn't closing fully, and gave me several tips on maintaining the outside of my home. The $375 fee covered two separate visits. Though this was a little pricey, I got more than my money's worth and would use IPM again without hesitation! If you want real professionals who are courteous, know their stuff, and exceed your expectations, call these guys.

Description of Work: Treated wood fence for carpenter bees. Excellent service, got rid of the bees. Responded to my call within 24 hours. Arrived on time. Price seemed a little high, but he treated the entire fence twice.

Description of Work: dave potter came by my home exactly the time he said he would. he found lots of ant colonies around our landscaping. sprayed all of them and also got rid of carpenter bees for me. i highly recommend this company. very proffesional!!!
