INGRAM HOME INSPECTION

Technician was very professional. Was thorough, but I think overlooked some detail. An eg of this was when they tested for AC temp. They said it was the right temperature even though it wouldn't cool the house. Within the next week I had to have the AC unit repaired They were professional but I would want to check out others since this was the first home inspection company I've ever worked with.

He went on the roof and in the attic and all around the house and in the house. Told us a few things were wrong and how long our HVAC unit would last, same with hot water heater. So we bought the house and moved in. I stayed very sick with one thing after another. After I recovered from pneumonia we decided to have a whole house air purifier installed. We found visible mold growing in the attic and out of the HVAC unit. We had a family member come look and one look at the ceiling and he said there has been an obvious major water leak that someone has tried to repair. Its been a nightmare. So many things wrong but was completely obvious at the time of sale. It pays to have a good home inspector and one that doesn't work with the realtor.
